Capt. Ha Tang, DO is a board certified family medicine physician with the United States Public Health Service, Indian Health Service, in Tuba City, Arizona. A graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, Dr. Tang is a general medical officer in the United States Navy. He is currently the Deputy Chief of Family Medicine Department at the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation. Dr. Tang also is an adjunct associate clinical professor at the Dartmouth Medical School, Community/Family Medicine Department.
