Most of us despise ourselves rather than loving ourselves.
We don’t respect inner goodness; instead, we criticize, reject, and beat.
We see ourselves as restricted, not worthless, and far from flawless.
But this could not be further from the truth.
There is beauty and perfection inside and outside of us at all times, just waiting to be discovered.
When you learn to love and accept yourself, your life takes on a whole new dimension that activates and enhances everything you encounter.
This course will teach you how to unlock the love of being oneself and love for oneself.
We’ll go through everything…
Allow yourself to let go of the drive to change.
Even if you wish to modify your body or mind, doing so is not always beneficial.
Instead, the more we wish to change, the more we focus on negativity and broaden our negative beliefs.
This will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The more you let go of your hand, the more you desire to modify your body or mind, the more you may change what needs to be changed while accepting what is already great.
From rejection to acceptance
We spend a significant amount of time rejecting aspects of our bodies and thoughts.
The more we reject the body/mind, the more it appears to reject us.
When we reject our own body/mind, we feel as though we are battling against it rather than being supported by it, and we are not at our best.
By letting go of your rejection of yourself, you naturally go on to being more responsive and caring to yourself, mind-body-to-mind and mind-to-body, and the energy of compassion flows.
Forgive yourself to everyone.
We spend a lot of time feeling terrible about our flaws, faults, and failures.
The more guilty you feel, the more you punish yourself for actual or imagined failings.
When we punish ourselves, we just repeat the habits that led us to feel ill in the first place, creating a cycle of disappointment and unneeded suffering.
Instead, when you forgive yourself and learn to love yourself, you break this habit and free yourself to become the finest version of yourself.
Respect yourself in all you do.
Respect for both the mind and the body is uncommon.
We frequently alternate between utilizing them, abusing them, or just ignoring and denying them.
The more you appreciate and nourish yourself organically, the more regard you have for yourself.
This fosters a deeper feeling of mutual respect and understanding between you and your body/mind, and this honor and regard pervades how you interact with others.
When we are treated with dignity, respect, love, and compassion, the entire world will collaborate more.
To love oneself, practice compassion.
We take better care of our automobiles and dogs than we do of ourselves.
When you allow yourself to intentionally practice loving kindness, you begin to nurture and heal the body/mind rather than pouring salt on internal scars and trauma.
Furthermore, when you practice genuine sensitivity with yourself, you naturally begin to reveal it to others.
Thank you for being who you are.
Gratitude is a powerful inner positive energy.
Allowing yourself to feel thankful for who you are and what you are currently doing, and focusing this power on yourself, results in nearly magical good changes in and out of you.
The more thankful you are, the more grateful you can be.
Identifying your strengths
We frequently perceive ourselves favorably in terms of how we do not respond to our own and other people’s expectations.
When you seek for your strengths rather than your flaws, you use your inner strength.
There is no limit to the inner power except what you impose on yourself when you tap into it.
Accept excellence as a given.
It may not be sufficient to just identify what you want to change, trial, release, and change.
It is beneficial to deliberately seek the already flawless in our lives.
The more you want perfection, the more perfection you will receive.
This will assist you in cultivating your own positive view, seeing as things are now, and creating perfection.
The more you believe you are flawless, the more you can love, accept, and be kind to yourself.
You are more than just your skin and bones.
We live in dread and restriction when we feel like skin and bones.
We are also overly reliant on our bodies/minds, which creates hatred and anger.
The more you understand that you are more than skin and bone, the better you can care for your body and the better it will care for you.
It also increases self-love and compassion for oneself and others by helping you feel more calm and rested in one’s own flesh.
You are not the protagonist of your own tale.
Not all of our issues, but the majority of them, are founded on the tales we tell about the past.
The more we believe, the more
