Dr. Bruntmyer earned his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. Dr. Bruntmyer retired from the United States Air Force in 2015 after completing residencies in emergency and aerospace medicine. Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), street medicine, and health care for vulnerable people are among his professional interests. Dr. Bruntmeyer’s present medical practice consists of delivering OMM and general health care at a free clinic for the disenfranchised in his community when he is not teaching at UIWSOM.
