Suicidal individuals require more than just survival. They must also discover what makes life worthwhile. This video combines various tangible recommendations and approaches from evidence-based therapies such as cognitive therapy for suicide prevention, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, problem-solving therapy, and others. Participants will develop information and abilities in tapping into suicidal ambivalence, generating hope, discovering reasons to live, and reinforcing improvements from the recording.
