This 8-week program provides you with a wide range of the most effective booty-building exercises that you can practice at home with just a resistance band. It’s the ideal follow-up to the Home-Based Booty Building Program, since you’ll need a new training plan to keep refining your glutes — this band-program will provide your muscles with exactly the correct amount of load.
Every week, you will receive a new workout that I recommend practicing at least three times each week at any acceptable time of day. With each training session, the exercises will get more difficult in order to test your muscles and sustain your development.
In terms of workout structure, I will be there with you from the start to the finish of each session. All you have to do is hit the play button to get started! In addition to the workout, you will have access to a video collection that includes instructional movies and practical advice for each exercise.
