This is how it works:
Each week over the next five weeks, a new lecture and practice sequence will be provided.
You may share your journey and report any joys or problems that emerge in our fantastic Private Facebook Community. You can ask Rachel and her skilled associate instructors any questions you want, and they will respond throughout the year.
You will also be invited to a live monthly Q&A call where Rachel will address specific questions for the group as well as provide extra postures and sequencing to help you broaden your Yoga practice repertoire. If you are unable to attend live, recordings of these calls will be made available via the private group.
You may listen to the Lecture and Q&A Call recordings at any time throughout your yearlong subscription.
You are free to complete this course at your own leisure. Many students stay on Module 1 while resolving their back pain, then progress to the next Module when they are ready.
What You’ll Require…
Two 4″ x 6” Yoga Blocks that match. These can be made of foam or cork. If you have bone sensitivity (osteoporosis, osteopenia, etc.), the lighter foam blocks will be more pleasant for you.
Yoga Strap with Quick-Release: Get any color you like, but it has to be THIS belt. It is suitable for carrying weight.
A Magazine
The yoga mat
A strong chair
Foldable blankets/towels may be used to change your positions as needed.
