Ventus Native American Flutes is the seventh installment in our critically acclaimed series of deep-sampled woodwinds and flutes from across the world.

This set comprises three separate traditional Native American flutes, each manufactured in the ancient town of Patagonia, surrounded by breathtaking mountains.

The Red Tail Hawk, Pocket Cedar, and Contra Bass flutes provide evocative, peaceful, and calming tones. They’ll instantly inspire you, with charming melodic voices and uniquely varied pitch ranges. They’re great for solo work (especially with some expansive reverb), but they also perform well with groups in genres ranging from jazz and New Age to film soundtracks and ambient soundscapes.

It’s simpler than ever to deliver a sonorous and emotive performance using only your MIDI controller or piano roll with our newest Agility script engine. You can activate ornaments automatically without lifting a finger, or you may construct bespoke articulation mapping to fit any DAW or workflow. Furthermore, the sophisticated Console script has hundreds of FX modules at your disposal, so you don’t even require external FX.

If you’re short on time, you may use the library’s comprehensive phrase collection, which includes hundreds of classified phrases for each flute, to construct accurate, realistic parts. Use them in our Kontakt engine or as WAVs in your DAW for additional processing. These are an excellent technique to quickly generate atmosphere and tone.

We attempted to respect and capture the originality of these magnificent instruments to the greatest extent possible when producing this collection. We hope you like them!
