Review
“Jesse’s tale is one of extraordinary achievement. The attentiveness with which he shares his art is what makes this book so great. His approach to education is to teach by giving instances and fundamental lessons from his investing success, and he does it with the honesty and understanding that distinguishes “Insider Buy Superstocks” from other great investment books.
Individual investors and professional money managers should both read this book.”
-Whit Collier, Hermes Global Equities Advisors Portfolio Manager
“Jesse Stine never worked professionally on Wall Street. This information is used to his advantage in his novel. His cognitive process is not limited by the procedures that everyone else use. Stine illustrates how ordinary people may get an advantage over professionals. His method of integrating technical analysis with fundamental elements like insider buying is genuinely one-of-a-kind.”
-Ravee Mehta, “The Emotionally Intelligent Investor” author
“I strongly suggest “Insider Buy Superstocks,” which not only relates the narrative of how Jesse Stine won millions in the stock market, but also offers readers a unique trading strategy that might provide them the opportunity to make enough money to significantly improve their life.”
-Steve Burns, “New Trader, Rich Trader” author
“I’ve read a lot of novels in my time, but I believe the tone you’ve chosen is just what people need – a dose of realism!”
-Tim Harbort, Sharemarket College Senior Advisor
Author Biography
Jesse Stine has never worked on Wall Street. He does not give financial speeches. He does not have a blog or a promotional Facebook page, despite the advise of his marketing expert. He does not wear a suit, and he does not appear on CNBC on a regular basis.
Jesse does almost everything differently, as recounted in his book. “What everyone knows isn’t worth knowing, and what everyone does isn’t worth doing,” he says.
Jesse is an out-of-the-ordinary stock trader. He has suffered short-term account drawdowns of 61 percent, 64 percent, 65 percent, 75 percent, 100 percent, 100 percent, and 106 percent over his career. Despite his drawdowns, he has experienced short-term (less than one year) personal portfolio returns of 111 percent, 117 percent, 156 percent, 264 percent, 273 percent, 275 percent, 300 percent, 371 percent, 1,010 percent, 1,026 percent, and 1,244 percent over his career (these last two in the same period- 7 months and 11 months, respectively).
Jesse is the creator of World40.com and a devilish student of market history in terms of identifying the market’s top gainers. As it relates to financial markets, his theological precepts are thinking independence, visualization, and confidence.
