YES! I’m Ready to Land My First Client In The Ultra-Lucrative Financial Niche And Earn $100,000+ Per Year As A Freelance Financial Copywriter!
I completely agree with Jake’s “simple” client acquisition technique, which entails approaching the major financial publishers with new ideas and pre-written short form material. This strategy’s success makes perfect sense to me.
I believe that generating a six-figure salary as a financial writer will be difficult, but I see a clear road to success by beginning with short form copy types… PPC, Space Ads, Lift Letters, and Advertorials are some examples.
When I sign up now, I’ll get immediate access to…
FREE COURSE: How to Become a Six-Figure Freelance Copywriter: This section will teach me all I need to know about the financial niche, including who the top publishers are, what products and services they market, and how to find my first customer.

Hoffberg, Jake
Jake is the CEO and co-founder of HoffbergDRMC. Jake conducted over 80,000 sales calls, delivered over 3,000 sales demos, signed up 1,700 new customers, and earned millions of dollars in sales during his direct sales career. But he despised the ineffectiveness and inefficiency of old-school direct sales approaches in generating new business.
So he decided to learn direct response marketing, which is the art and science of selling things and services from a distance.
He has assisted financial publishers such as Dent Research and Mauldin Economics in generating over 20,000 new members and millions of dollars in recurring income as a direct response copywriter.
Jake Hoffberg sees potential where others do not. Opportunities to make money, in particular.
He sold candies to classmates in high school to pay for his school meal. He earned a livelihood advertising nightclubs throughout and after college.
So when he found himself getting up at 6 a.m. every day and driving endless miles for someone else selling college textbooks, he decided it was time for a change.
“I made a lot of money in sales, but I despised what I was doing. “I had to travel into area every day and show up,” he adds. “I contacted my supervisor and quit – without a backup plan. Then the clock began to tick. “I asked myself, ‘What do I do now?'”
Copywriting as a Career on His Own Time
Jake was certain of one thing: it was time to leave direct sales after ten years of cold calling.
He created a few info-marketing businesses, but none of them took off. Jake discovered his next chance – copywriting — while reading classic marketing and advertising literature.
“I’d never written sales copy or seen myself as a writer before,” he adds. “However, I was drawn to the lifestyle. I desired to work on my own timetable. With my 10 years of sales experience, copywriting just made sense.”
From nothing to $140,000
Jake’s copy improved with each job, as did his money. His first check, for $350, indicated he was now a paid copywriter, but it wasn’t enough to cover his costs. Four months later, his monthly salary had increased to $5,000. It increased the next month and hasn’t been below $10,000 since. He made $50,000 in his best month, owing to project fees and royalties.
“I made $140,000 a year after my first paid copywriting assignment,” he claims. “What other chance do you have in 90 days to acquire a skill and earn six figures your first year?”
“I had a sales background, but like everyone else, I began from scratch with copywriting,” he continues. “It occurred rapidly because I worked so hard to obtain clients.”
Jake has moved on from copywriting. He founded a full-service marketing firm to assist financial advisers in growing their companies with wealthy clientele. Jake will be able to mix his years of sales expertise with his copywriting and marketing talents in this setting.
