Module 1: Awareness and Posture Meditation
The first and most significant stage in learning meditation is awareness, without which you can never remain in the present moment. It’s the first of the 5 Principles of Natural Seduction, the foundation of my seduction teachings.
There is a lot of misunderstanding about what it means to be in “the now” or to be present. Can you stay in the present moment at all times? Is it genuine, or merely a trick of the light? Isn’t it true that I’m constantly in the present since I’m alive? Do I only need to mentally remind myself to be present? How exactly can meditation help?
To experience the present moment, you don’t have to become a Buddhist monk or spend decades meditating. It’s all about intentionally shifting your attention away from thoughts and back into the present moment. You’ll be able to feel the calm flow of the ‘now’ as an actual thing, not just a concept, using the basic yet powerful awareness techniques you’ll learn in this lesson. Being in the present now allows you to enjoy what is occurring to you rather of wasting time worrying about the future or reliving the past.
So here’s what you should expect from the first week:
A fundamental introduction that will explain how to use the course. You’ll know exactly what actions to take each day of the course to get the most out of your meditations.
A description of what meditation is and why it is necessary. I dispel all of the myths and hype surrounding meditation and explain how it works and why it should be a part of your daily routine.
A basic, straightforward meditation to bring you into the present moment. I’ll walk you through an exercise that will increase your self-awareness, bring you back to the present moment, and get you out of your brain.
The foundations of healthy posture. The majority of guys spend their days sitting in front of a computer with poor posture. I’ll show you how to modify your posture naturally and instinctively to walk with greater elegance and confidence.
Module 2: Core Mobility and Stretching
Most males in the modern world spend their whole working day in front of a computer. Instead of moving their bodies, they’re crouched over a computer, often sitting for hours on end. You’re definitely leaned over right now as you read this!
This leads to persistent neck, shoulder, and back discomfort over time. Most of my clients are stiff beyond their years and have limited flexibility.
To make matters worse, the entire sexual center has been locked up. If your hips are tight, you’ll walk strange, have no rhythm on the dance floor, and will most likely be dreadful in bed.
We’ll go through the following topics in Week 2:
The concepts of body awareness, which will assist you in identifying areas of tension and stiffness.
A quick and easy stretching practice that will stretch you from head to toe in only 7 minutes, even if you haven’t been to the gym in months!
Key exercises for relieving chronic pain in the neck, back, and shoulders, all of which are associated with inflexible and stiff movement.
The beautiful meditation ‘Swimming Dragon Rolling the Ball.’ This is my all-time favorite method for loosening your hips, massaging your joints, and putting you in a peaceful elegant physical trance.
Abdominal Breathing Module 3
A lot of your worry and tension are caused by your fight or flight reflexes being repeatedly aroused, which throws your emotional state completely out of whack.
While awareness meditation teaches you to observe your experiences and let them be what they are without responding, Abdominal Breathing meditation teaches you to transform uneasiness into focussed force.
Instead of being a victim of your emotional state, swept up in the wave of feelings, you will be able to manage your emotions while also sharpening your concentration and strength into a concrete force that allows you to speak significantly more directly.

Mastering Abdominal Breathing is a strong technique that helps you to develop internal strength and focus while reducing your heart rate and transforming nervous energy into steady power.
Using your increased awareness to focus on your breath and have conscious control over your emotions and bodily responses, you may build on the foundations of Awareness Meditation.
Developing a fundamental knowledge of sexual control, increasing sexual stamina, controlling your arousal state, and building the framework for Tantric Sex practices. This is THE method I utilized to go from being a three-minute man to basically starring in porn and being able to last endlessly.
