I have a feeling in my core/gut/intuition/heart (whatever you want to call it) that we are supposed to build our bodies to be as strong and lean as they can be naturally, but we are also supposed to grow our minds to be mentally tough enough to innovate and be happy in our internal state no matter what. The fastest method to alter your thoughts is to first transform your body. I began by producing training routines (www.MP45.com) with tremendous precision in order to make them easy to follow while also fast changing your body, mind, and soul. When we engage in strenuous exercise, our biochemistry changes. When we push through a certain point when laboring on a rep, our body, mind, and soul instantaneously connect to make us stronger. That’s because your body has no notion it’s lifting barbells and dumbbells or how much weight it’s carrying. All it can detect is that it is being stimulated and stressed. It conveys tension as a means of survival. In a traditional sense, you’d only be put under that much stress if you were hunting for food or in a situation where you had to flee from being hunted. When you are placed in a situation where survival is difficult, the brain and central nervous system collaborate to transmit hormonal reactions and electrical impulses that need a physiological change because you never want to be in such danger again. It develops stronger during moments of rest to compensate for the stress it may face in the future. It not only responds with greater muscles, reduced body fat, enhanced VO2 max, stamina, and endurance, but it also grows you emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually. If you don’t believe me, you can perform your own study on how athletes get smarter via training. Your body is extremely clever, far more so than your head brain. Your head is one-tenth to one-twentieth the size of your body. Without thinking, your body beats your heart, splits and develops your cells, grows your hair, heals your wounds, and produces a baby within a woman. 99% of your everyday activities occur without your conscious awareness. When you exercise, you strengthen your connection with your body, which is also where anxiety and anxieties live – they are both a neuromuscular reaction that you feel in your neck, chest, or stomach. Not only does exercise relieve tension, but it also creates something known as motion. A body in motion remains in motion, whereas a body at rest remains at rest. Because of this, active people have a lot more energy. Emotion is created by motion, and the stronger the activity, the bigger the emotional reaction. Walking slowly has a whole different vibe than walking quickly with your shoulders back, chest up, and head up. An intensive workout improves emotional health. You get sensations when you have emotion. These emotions create a higher sense of purpose, which generates reasons for why you do what you do. Reasons are more significant than action plans because they allow you to create fresh action plans regardless of the environment. You have grandeur and deep significance within you that you have yet to verbalize and unleash, but now that you are in your body, it is gradually becoming more activated. We’re gradually peeling that onion away, layer by layer. I assure you that your mentality of what you are capable of has shifted from before you started MP45 to now. It’s a new self-concept of who you are, and seeing tangible results in your body teaches your brain that a vision, hard effort, consistency, and a compelling future can transform anything in your life, including wealth, relationships, emotional happiness, and a more satisfying existence.
