2.0 ANIMAL STRENGTH
Beastmode’s Animal Strength Phase delivers lots of both strength and size. This phase will get you going on all cylinders and ready for big improvements.
RUTHLESS AGGRESSION VERSION 2.0
Explosive training has been demonstrated to target more muscle fibers, resulting in explosive improvements in size and strength. The Wolverine Aggression phase will maintain the momentum going in the direction of Beastmode.
2.0 STALKING
The emphasis moves from merely lifting enormous quantities of weight to a strong emphasis on your ability to manage it! With the use of the ASCENDING ISO method, you’ll have to fight not just your own internal voices asking you to stop, but also the problem of inertia and how difficult it is to produce momentum from a stationary condition. Can you say ferocious?
A GLANCE AT THE BEASTMODE WOLVERINE
• Build animalistic strength by exchanging loudness for Force Cluster 25’s raw intensity!
• It’s time to chisel in invisible muscular definition with Stalking Mode’s Ascending ISO settings!
• Do you believe you’ve seen every type of pullup? Nope. Greetings from Beastmode…and the Tornado Pullup!
• Before you may escape Beastmode, you must first establish that you are a beast! You can do it if you can withstand the 400 rep attack in the X-Man Challenge!
AT A GLANCE: TWOLVERINE: BEASTMODE
Are you willing to take on the challenge?
It’s time to sweat your cape and race against the clock as you try to “beast” your way through the X-Man Challenge! To perform this 5 step pulse pounder, you’ll need equal parts superman power and iron lungs. Let’s get started!
