Jeff graduated from FSU in 1988 and began his insurance career with an independent insurance agency as a general lines and life and health insurance agent. He transitioned to the education side of insurance by working in the continuing education branch of the Department of Financial Services (previously the Department of Insurance). Jeff worked as the administrator of Continuing Education for the last four years. Jeff’s responsibilities at FAIA include developing, updating, and rewriting FAIA’s Florida Insurance Research Library, as well as lecturing.
