This two-hour webcast, the first of two, investigates why service is so important and why it is never enough. The session examines the various sorts of purchasers and what customers desire. Service is fast and personalized, and class discussions are focused on specific concerns. (While this two-hour webcast is part of the AIAM designation course work, any agency staff member may participate.)
Jeff graduated from FSU in 1988 and began his insurance career with an independent insurance agency as a general lines and life and health insurance agent. He transitioned to the education side of insurance by working in the continuing education branch of the Department of Financial Services (previously the Department of Insurance). Jeff worked as the administrator of Continuing Education for the last four years. Jeff’s responsibilities at FAIA include developing, updating, and rewriting FAIA’s Florida Insurance Research Library, as well as lecturing.
