Description
From closet to job, The Optimist’s step-by-step approach to purpose, satisfaction, and pleasure.
This five-module course abandons traditional approaches to “happiness” and “success” in favor of completely rebuilding our attitude to POSSESSIONS, PERSONAL HABITS, RELATIONSHIPS, and CAREER.
… Instead of “shoulds,” “shame,” and “future-tripping,” choose serenity, pleasure, and satisfaction. RIGHT THIS MOMENT
HAVE YOU EVER ATTEMPTED TO IMPROVE A PART OF YOUR LIFE ONLY TO FIND:
1. YOU GET WHAT YOU WISH FOR.
BUT IS IT EVER ENOUGH?
Every time you achieve your objectives and ambitions, you are astounded by the long-term influence they have. So you make longer goal lists and more dazzling vision boards. And so on and so on.
2. YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU WISH FOR. SO YOU’RE NEVER GOOD ENOUGH?
It might feel difficult to make the large (or even small) changes you want to make in your life, no matter how hard you try (or don’t try). To prevent being disappointed, you could simply quit attempting to change at all. This leaves you feeling drained and adrift.
LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!
There is an alternative way to approach all elements of your life that will result in the present-moment happiness you want.
TODAY.
Not in five years or after you’ve completed your never-ending “to-do” list.
TODAY.
ALL YOU NEED IS A NEW ROAD MAP.

Jess Lively, your instructor
Hello and welcome to my internet home! I’m now (and rather unexpectedly) traveling indefinitely, and I’m documenting my experience here – with you along the way.
Though I currently work full-time helping individuals across the world live from their intuition and values-based goals, I began my job at the age of fifteen in a jewelry store called Jess LC in Rochester, Michigan. I expanded the accessory firm into a successful full-time profession in Chicago after graduating from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and eventually shifted to business coaching.
I founded JessLively.com in 2009, knowing that my aim has always been to provide a deeper and more rewarding approach to life than merely accumulating “shiny pennies” or reaching “conventional success.” Eight years later, owing to my intuition’s direction, I am living my ideal life and assisting others to accomplish the same through The Lively Show podcast and online workshops.
I think that when we listen to our intuition and live from values-based goals, we may feel more connected, joyful, and satisfied.
When we live from our intuition, our energy and actions organically inspire the finest potential outcomes.
We no longer have a mountain to climb, and events are unfolding more smoothly than ever.
Today, may something good happen to you!
Jess, I adore you!

Online lifestyle course
More details about Lifestyle:
An person, community, or culture’s lifestyle is defined as their hobbies, attitudes, behaviors, and behavioral orientations.
Alfred Adler, an Austrian psychologist, coined the phrase, which means “a person’s essential character as formed early in life.”
For instance, in his 1929 novel “The Case of Miss R.” Since 1961, the larger notion of lifestyle has been documented as a “way or manner of living.”
Lifestyle is determined by a combination of intangible and material variables.
Tangible elements are demographic data, such as an individual’s demographic profile, whereas intangible factors are psychological qualities of an individual, such as personal values, preferences, and outlooks.
A rural lifestyle is distinct from that of an urban city.
Even in a city, location is vital.
Because of disparities in income and accessibility to natural and cultural contexts, the character of the neighborhood in which a person dwells influences the range of lifestyles available to that individual.
A surf culture or lifestyle, for example, is common in coastal settings.
