The “Shift” has arrived. We are in the midst of the Real Estate “Shift,” and inventory is extremely low across the country. The systems we were utilizing to encourage sellers to call us only 8 months ago have just died as a result of what’s going on in the Real Estate market.

You’re dead in the water if you don’t have any lead.
To put it another way, Leads are your company’s lifeblood. You have no business if you don’t have leads. None.
There is nothing to buy if there are no sellers. Most investors identify a few good sellers each year. But it’s not enough since they’re always looking for the next great bargain. It’s no different from working from paycheck to paycheck and trying to make ends meet.
When you have a FLOOD of never-ending red-hot leads, on the other hand, your pipeline is constantly filled. The issue is that most investors are starved because they have no idea how to identify exceptionally driven sellers… the ones that matter. The vendors who make can make you rich.
The ‘grass is greener’ mentality affects the majority of real estate investors. You’ve seen the ones I’m referring to. As they always say… “You can find motivated sellers elsewhere, but not in my area.” I’ve got some bad news for you. For the past many years, I’ve been buying a LOT of properties in my own area from sellers who couldn’t wait to get rid of the thousand-pound monster on their back. Hundreds of my high-end coaching students and tens of thousands of my members feel the same way.
