Duration and division of the program
This program will have you working hard for 12 weeks with a 2-week deload in the middle, for a total of 14 weeks.
Weeks 1-6 – Base volume plus back, chest, and shoulder exercises
Weeks 7-8 – Rest and recovery
Weeks 9-14 – Base Volume with added leg work
You may also switch weeks 1-6 and 9-14 depending on how you want to focus.
I separated the back and legs to avoid injuring your lower back.
As I usually do, I’ve arranged everything carefully to guarantee you don’t get wounded.
