The forest’s wisdom — and the key to your spiritual community
Your first escorted tour begins in Kathmandu and concludes with a visit to the temple of Swayambhunath.
A guided practice… a ceremony of offering
A last meditation in which you will visit the forest rishis and learn from their knowledge.

Module 2: Vedic Vigor Embody Unity Consciousness and Align With Your Energy Body’s Creative Power (March 31)

What do you need to get by in life? What do you desire?

This week, you’ll continue to learn about the strength of Vedic concepts by distinguishing between desires and necessities…

You’ll strengthen your character and acquire the capacity to remain calm even in the middle of chaos. You’ll also encounter what the Vedic sages refer to as your inner witness.

This course will teach you:

The fundamental meaning of dharma – the cosmic rule that governs both your life journey and the societal order
The four responsibilities of life and how to carry them out
Neti neti – not this, nor that — is a Vedic notion.
A guided trek to Namche Bazaar, the Everest base camp.

The concepts of Vedic Astrology, light science

What you can learn from the cosmic womb’s darkness
A guided excursion from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery.

It’s an Inside Job, Module 4 Embody the 5 Elements of Your Higher Self and Align With Your Dosha’s Spiritual Aspects (April 14)

This week, Deborah will lead you through compelling questions you may not have explored before, such as:

Are you in tune with your body’s needs?

Do you strive to manage your life with your thinking, or do you navigate life with your intuition?

During this session, you will develop your intuitive abilities as well as your awareness of real connection and communion with your body and health. You’ll also learn how to use the mind/body link to achieve and maintain good health.
