Module 1: Clearing the Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit Through Deep Breathing
Many of us are immersed in muck and mud in our everyday lives, both conscious and unconscious, which can obstruct our ability to see, think, and feel clearly.
All of the commotion in your body, mind, soul, and emotions may surround your heart and make it difficult to give or receive love. It can keep you in a condition of constant cognitive fog.
You’ll learn how to employ Conscious Connected Breathwork to clear and cleanse all layers of your being in this first session.
Kathleen will assist you:
Relax from head to toe, both inside and out.
Unconsciously or consciously, release the collective awareness energy of wrath, rage, overwhelm, uncertainty, and worry that has taken up home in your cells.
Discover how to maintain your auric field clear and free of collective awareness garbage.

Module 2: Remembering Your Value and Prioritizing Yourself
You are important. What you believe is important. What you feel is important.
Women have been raised to care for others since the beginning of humanity. We are natural caretakers at work, at home, and with our children and friends. It’s not something we can easily turn on and off as we go through life’s many stages.
We continue to show up for others even when we are fatigued and need a break. We avoid taking time for ourselves and press on.
However, the reality is that every automobile need petrol!

Module 3: Getting to Know Yourself Through Breath
Love, like itself, formed me.
Lesson 67 of A Course in Miracles
Many of us speak to ourselves in less than kind ways. We have a tendency to berate ourselves for any aspect of our personalities or actions that do not conform to the ideal of “perfect.” But would you be as cruel to others as you are to yourself?
If your response is no, this session will assist you in coming to terms with the fact that you are love… that you are loveable and loving.
You’ll spend some time in this lesson settling into love, guided by your breath. Kathleen will walk you through the process of breathing in the love that you are, allowing the love that surrounds you to fill and uplift you. You’ll notice that the more you breathe, the more safe you feel to feel.
Kathleen compares love to the infinity sign. It goes from Spirit through you and from you to another. Love is never-ending… it never leaves the Source. As Kathleen puts it, Source is you, and you are Source — “the oneness of the allness.”
This module will teach you:
To feel safe with love, do breathwork.
Allow your breath to lead you to the spot within you where love lives.
Change your perspective from fear to love.
Learn to breathe and extend your love, allowing it to undulate out from you and spread like ripples in a lake.

Module 4: Inhaling the Violet Flame
The violet flame is the seventh ray, purple energy, and forgiveness’s light. Many people have heard of it, but what exactly is it?
Violet-flame energy may be employed in practically every element of your life, from healing physical ailments to providing mental solace during stressful times. It may help you repair damaged or even destroyed relationships… but its most important quality is the spiritual growth it fosters.
In this session, you’ll learn about the violet flame’s nature and capabilities, as well as how we may use its tremendous energy to cleanse and cure ourselves on both a spiritual and psychological level.
Kathleen will explain how your breath is a tremendous self-healing tool… and how breathing in and through the violet flame is like a giant booster injection of cleansing and expanding.

Friendship, health, pleasure, inner peace, quiet, focus, working at a profession you enjoy, and many more things are examples of abundance.
Abundance is about becoming one with ALL. Nothing is impossible to materialize when you realize that you are one with allness. To overcome feelings of shortage or lack, realize that you already have the power inside you and that you are not separate from that power.
Allow your breath to transport you to a place within you that understands you’re bountiful during this module. And your breath will help you recall the completeness and reality of who you are.
You will be helped in this class by:
Breathing methods for being totally present — in the here and now — and receiving your abundance
Breathe in abundant affirmations to ground yourself in trust and faith… a realization that you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
The understanding that the outward world of form and experience is a reflection of your inner world of ideas and feelings is a means to identify the kind of abundance you desire more of.

Womb-Clearing & Trauma Release Through Breathwork Module 6
You will receive a 2-hour breathwork session to clear and cleanse your womb – your sacred realm of life, creation, and power — during this session.
Your womb houses your feminine creative potential as well as the life vitality passed down through your matriarchal heritage and the Divine Mother.
As you are aware, this creativity may be employed to create and give birth to children. It also gives physical shape to thoughts.
Womb cleansing reconnects you to your body and allows you to restore your natural voice.
This workshop was created with love to assist you in discovering your holy “no,” healing trauma from when your boundaries were not honored, and clearing emotional barriers from the womb.
You’ll also repair trauma from prior relationships or parents, energy cords of connection, and losses like miscarriage, stillbirth, and abortions.

Your ancestors’ lives have had a Herculean impact on your current existence. Your muscles and cells have genetic memories of familial tragedies that have been brushed under the rug and buried inside your family as secrets never addressed.
But what goes unseen and unheard has a way of manifesting itself in your life and demanding your attention. Intergenerational trauma may be remaining within you, keeping you trapped in patterns of unhelpful behavior.
Through breath-full ancestral pattern clearing, you may stop the cycle of negative patterns by addressing previous injuries and remembering your ancestors.
In this last session, you will remove any patterns passed down from your ancestors and call in your goals.
You will be able to do the following after this last session:
