This isn’t your typical list of routines to complete on your own or videos to watch and follow. You follow me as I explain what you need to concentrate on in each action.
Even if you’re a busy mom, this is a simple and effective program that you CAN DO. I’ve split this from the main program, The Postpartum Cure, for moms who like to take things slowly.
This will assist you in dealing with incontinence!! I can finally perform jumping jacks without tripping, and jumping rope is my next aim. If you work hard and stick to the plan, you will begin to feel better, and your belly muscles will reward you!

I am a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist who thinks that specific exercises and diet may heal the body. In college, I studied nutrition and physical therapy before becoming a Pilates instructor.
So, after all of my preparation, why was I having so much difficulties postpartum?
Postpartum care was not addressed in any of my research. As a new mother, I had no idea how much stress my body would endure during the childbirth process. It wasn’t until after my first child was born that I sought to recover in six weeks. As a result, I was forced to undergo specialized physical therapy to remove scar tissue and strengthen my pelvic floor. I’ve never been through something so embarrassing and shocking.
I don’t want you to go through what I did. I’m putting all I’ve learned together to help you recover, feed your body, and control your weight throughout and after pregnancy!
