Kenji Yamaki – Full Contact Karate

Instructional in the ways of full contact karate, by former (now running his own independent organization) kyokushin world champion Kenji Yamaki.
Having won the 6th kyokushin world tournament (in the IKO1 organization as it was the first one held after kyokushin fractured following the founders death) he continued to complete the 100 man fight challenge, fighting 100 men in 1,5 minute rounds, back to back.

This vid is not kyokushin knockdown specific, but teach headpunches and the occasional grabs/throw that are illegal under knockdown tournament rules. Really, it is more like bareknuckle kickboxing or self defense 🙂
No basic formal training or kata, just fighting techniques and combos.
It is about 1h6m instructional, and a 10m interview at the end.

Yamaki speaks mostly in japanese, so there is a english voice-over -with english subtitles for the interview at the end.
