Five myths you need to know to keep your bones healthy and strong (no matter what your diet is!)
Kevin Gianni, Health Author
Annmarie (my wife) and I spend at least a month in Connecticut and New Jersey with our families each year during the holidays.
It seems that every year more and more members of our family learn more and more about health. This is great news. (We would like to think that this is because of our influence – but I’m sure that you know that the family is not really listening to what you have to say about the diet.)
What is not so great is that this time a new, constantly recurring topic appeared with family members that we never discussed with them – osteoporosis and ways to prevent bone loss.
Two of our close relatives recently started taking bone-building drugs to prevent bone loss as they age. The drugs were prescribed without any other comments, except: “Here, take it every day to prevent bone loss.”
Both family members started taking the medicine as recommended, but quickly discovered that they were experiencing side effects from them. One was in pain and aches, the other said the drugs made her hazy.
When we spoke with both of them individually, Annmarie and I explained some of the dangerous side effects of all bone building medications, which include a risk of fracture! (Isn’t that what bone building drugs are meant to prevent?)
Both family members were interested in what we had to say, and asked if they had a natural option. What they could try would not have all the unpleasant side effects.
We sat down with them and gave them a very simple and specific protocol to protect and prevent bone loss, using only natural products, supplements and special exercises. This protocol was based on the knowledge that we have gained over the past 10 years, as well as on what we have learned from others who have addressed their bone loss, and from natural doctors who helped them along the way.
Both family members are at very high risk, so it was important to make sure as soon as possible that they had a plan, the safest and most effective protocol was drawn up, and they implemented it.
In fact, you may be wondering if you are at high risk, like them.
If you can answer “Yes” to any of these questions, most likely you need to start making a plan so that your bones remain healthy and strong for life:
Are you over 35? (A woman and a man)
Do you exercise less than 5 times a week?
Does your diet include beans, grains, rice, meat, eggs, dairy, or nuts?
Are you stressed
Have you ever broken a bone before?
As I said, if you can answer “yes” to even one of these questions, it is important that you draw up a carefully thought-out plan for protecting your bones now, before it is too late.
The problem is who to turn to …
Your doctor probably does not know some natural solutions to prevent bone loss – even your natural doctor!
Some of you might think I’m an anti-doctor.
This is not entirely true.
I think that a well-trained medical doctor, nutritionist or even a nutritionist can really help give sound advice on what approach to take when it comes to preventing your bones from breaking or – even worse – they can break down when you will fall.
The problem is that most doctors don’t even know what we said to our two family members.
I think it’s really a shame that such smart people didn’t get the right tools to help solve a very solvable problem.
Some natural doctors and nutritionists are not even up to date with the latest research and promising natural sciences that have shown good results.
Others offer certain supplements and products that – although they are perfectly well-intentioned – are simply not strong enough to do what they should – slow down, stop, and reverse the process of bone loss.
When this happens, you end up just masking the problem and spending too much money on something that won’t do the job in the long run.
Did you know? Even people who eat a healthy diet rich in vegetables can also suffer from bone loss.
Recently, while traveling to Sarasota, Florida, with a colleague and friend of mine, Dr. J. E. Williams, I asked him about bone loss and his experience.
For those of you who don’t know who Dr. Williams is, he is the author and 30-year-old practitioner of natural medicine. Over the past 30 years, he has had over 100,000 patient visits – many of these patients have started or developed osteoporosis. (Even at 40 and 50!)
Part of what he told us was exactly what we expected.
Some of them were a bit shocking.
While we were talking, he destroyed the 5 biggest myths about bone health that he had been struggling with for all these 30 years.
They are here:
Prevention of bone loss and osteoporosis Myth No. 1
Myth: osteoporosis is a calcium deficiency.
Osteoporosis, in fact, is not a calcium deficiency. Although bone building requires calcium, this is only part of the picture.
Truth: Calcium supplements alone do not work. Plant-based sources of calcium are important for bone health, but are not a complete solution.
Prevention of bone loss and osteoporosis Myth No. 2
Myth: osteoporosis is incurable, and the only way to cure it with medication.
This is very far from the truth. In fact, Dr. Williams has records of stopping bone loss and improving bone density, which is documented in his practice. About 80% of these people did not use drugs at all.
True: drugs have deep side effects. Natural methods work.
Preventing bone loss and osteoporosis Myth No. 3
Myth: osteoporosis is a simple bone loss that happens to everyone with aging.
This is again not true. Bones must be strong for life. Anyone who tells you that your bones will be brittle and brittle has not studied the bones of some of the longest-living people in the world. Their bones tend to be strong and dense until the very day they die.
True: osteoporosis is a very complex disease that is a combination of many systems in the body, including hormones, digestion, and more. Bones must last a lifetime.
Prevention of bone loss and osteoporosis Myth No. 4
Myth: osteoporosis is a problem only for women.
Dr. Williams told me that men may also have signs of osteoporosis, but they rarely diagnose it, as everyone suggests that this disease affects only women. In fact, Dr. Williams told me that sometimes even he misses a possible bone loss in men during the initial consultation or the first round of testing, because this myth is so rooted in our belief system.
True: osteoporosis can and does occur in men.
Prevention of bone loss and osteoporosis Myth number 5 (the most shocking for me)
Myth: An alkaline diet completely prevents or treats osteoporosis.
I believed that consuming large quantities of green vegetables, consuming green juices and other mineral-rich foods could reverse or prevent bone loss or cure osteoporosis. Apparently, I was not quite right. Dr. Williams has seen many patients on healthy plant diets that have very poor bone density – even though they feel great on their diet. Although an alkaline (or plant-based) diet can help, you should not assume that your diet is working and do not check bone density.
True: metabolic acidosis increases bone loss, but you cannot rely solely on diet.
So what can you do to prevent bone loss before it gets too late?
Osteoporosis and bone loss are terrible.
Many times a hip or bone fracture with age can be the last straw that weakens you.
When you lose bone, the pH of your inner body also becomes acidic, which can cause inflammation.
It has been shown that inflammation is the cause of many diseases, including cancer.
Thus, as you age and the longer you have no plan to prevent (or eliminate) bone loss, the more chances you have that something will happen to you, which can significantly reduce the quality of your life.
After I finished talking with Dr. Williams about his experience, I asked him if we could put together a program that could help.
I wanted something that I could give to my family members so that they could understand what really works – when it comes to preventing bone loss …
As I said, Annmarie and I could not hear that our family members were taking drugs when they had never tried some of the approaches that Dr. Williams successfully uses – without drugs at all.
Therefore, Dr. Williams and I jointly (once again) created a program that explains bone loss and osteoporosis in a detailed protocol, including herbs, food, and supplements, so you can control your bone health.
The program we created is called the “Integrated Solution for Bone Health” and is a comprehensive audio and PDF course on how to successfully prevent and reverse the process of bone loss and osteoporosis in a natural way.
It also gives you access to some of the special protocols Dr. Williams has given his patients over the past 30 years, including some of the latest scientific advances that really work.
In this program you will find …
– Why do many medical doctors and medical practitioners mistreat osteoporosis and bone loss and confuse their patients more than they help.
– One of the ingredients in some of the healthiest foods that can cause bone loss if you eat too much.
– A powerful supplement that has been used to improve bone density – this has been tested for years.
– Specific foods that you need to avoid if you want healthy and strong bones.
“Why do you need more than just calcium to build strong bones.”
– The most effective herbs that will help provide your body with the necessary bone-building raw materials.
– How your hormones can contribute to bone loss and how to balance them.
– Specific foods that are good for building bones.
– Dr. Williams tested herbal and natural supplement protocols to prevent and restore bone loss.
– And much more…
NOTE: this program is intended not only for the individual, but also for practitioners who want to fully understand bone health and how to work with patients using the protocol and testing methods that have worked for many years.
The program explains and gives you complete information about the natural protocol – including herbs, food and supplements – for these specific bone health problems …
Osteoporosis
Weak / brittle bones
Inclined to fractures.
Bone loss
Low bone density.
Acid blood pH
And more!
The digital program contains 2 hours of lecture material with transcripts, two course booklets, PLUS …
A full discussion of herbs, supplements, and foods to prevent and prevent bone loss.
Complete protocols for specific bone loss problems.
Complete course plan for easy viewing.
How to check bone density so you know how strong your bones are.
And more!
(PLEASE NOTE: the sound quality of this program is even better than in previous programs with Dr. Williams, because we recorded it live and in person!)
This is great, but how will it be different from all the other information I’ve seen about preventing bone loss? Will this work for me?
This program is different in that it is a collection of the best treatment methods that Dr. Williams has been using in practice for over 30 years.
This is real, no information.
This is also information that has been verified and worked with people like you. This is not a course based on theory or research conducted on rats in the basement of a university.
This is the information that works in the real world.
In addition, Dr. Williams and I are so convinced that this will work for you, we are ready to take the risk from you …
Let us take the risk – your purchase is 100% guaranteed!
When you buy the Complete Bone Health Solution now, we will give you 60 days to decide if you want to keep it.

Many people have been baffled or even misled by natural healing, traditional healing, or even lack of treatment.
In fact, our family members were in this boat …
They spent a lot of time thinking about whether they should take medicine all their lives, or wondered if they ate and did the right thing.
The reality is that most bone health recommendations don’t work – natural
More information about medicine:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention of diseases.
Medicine includes various methods of medical care designed to maintain and restore health through the prevention and treatment of diseases.
Modern medicine uses biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics and medical technologies to diagnose, treat and prevent injuries and diseases,
usually with pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also with various treatment methods such as psychotherapy, external tires and traction, medical devices, biologicals and ionizing radiation.
Medicine has existed for thousands of years, for most of which it was art (a field of skills and knowledge), often having connections with religious and
philosophical beliefs of local culture. For example, a medic used herbs and prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and doctor used bloodletting in accordance with theories of humor.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most of the medicine has become a combination of art and science (both fundamental and applied, under the auspices of medical science).
Although the stitching technique is an art learned in practice, knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in stitched tissues arises from science.
