ATTENTION!
TO PERFORM THIS TRICK, YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SOLVE A CUBE.
IN BOTTLE, SIGNED RUBIKS CUBE. YES, YOU HEARD RIGHT.
The most talked about magic trick is the Object to Impossible Bottle. It sends viewers whirling.
Dynamo did it with a phone, and Jamie Grant made a name for himself at Ripley’s Believe it or Not by fitting a deck of cards inside a bottle. Kieron Johnson is now revolutionizing the business by placing a signature Rubix cube in a bottle.
That will be done again. A SIGNED rubix cube from a spectator to an unattainable bottle.
It cannot be removed even with the might of 10,000 suns. Allow them to shake, rattle, or spin it as much as they like. It’s been imprisoned for good.
“Extremely straightforward and practical. I can’t wait to include it into my show!” – Harrius Henry
“Kieron has developed the cube in bottle effect into a potent cube magic weapon.”
Takamiz Usui’s
Cube magic, like Isolated will, has recently taken the world by storm, appearing in some form or another on every major TV talent competition. The difficult thing is finding one that hasn’t already gone viral.
Because audiences are aware of how difficult it is to solve a cube, quick solutions are amazing… Their cube becoming confined in a little glass jar, on the other hand, is actually MAGIC.
Kieron’s various ways of effortlessly incorporating this into a routine are covered in nearly 2 hours of detailed explanations. He does this numerous times at every walk-around gig and every single stage engagement.
The cube fits inside the bottle in seconds and is completely visible.

“Isolated is a fantastic illustration of Kieron’s deviously imaginative, yet clearly practical, approach to performing with a Rubik’s Cube.”
Karl Heinz
You’ll be able to take your first steps into the world of cube magic with this jam-packed project. Finish with a conclusion that isn’t simply spectacular, but unattainable for seasoned experts.
We didn’t believe it until we saw it for ourselves.

(Long review, but important knowledge)
I’m no Feliks Zemdegs or Shin Lim, but I’ve been performing Rubik’s Cubes and card magic for years. I can usually solve a cube in between 30 seconds and 1 minute. And I’m not unfamiliar with card magic, so…. I had to get it when I saw it. Here are my reviews, as well as my honest opinions and probable issues:
1) Both gimmicks are exceptionally well-made, devilishly brilliant, undetected, testable, and incredible. The technique shocked me and struck me as pure genius. You’ll get two novelty cubes and two regular cubes. There is simply no distinction between them. So wonderful that you could “give it away” as a keepsake at the conclusion of the routine, but you’d have to buy another one (refill) to do it again. If you’re a working magician with a lot of money, this would be a fantastic keepsake to give away at weddings, birthday parties, or corporate events. I’d want to keep a couple extra gimmicks on hand especially for this – it feels strange to keep a signed cube in a jar with someone else’s signature on it haha. I’m hoping that ellusionist will give refills at a reasonable price in the future. ($25-$35?)
2) I’m not a fan of KJ’s patter/presentation. His patter matches his style, not mine, and I’ve had to rethink the routine from the ground up and offer my own motivation/misdirection to fit “me” so that I can weave it into my routines. For example, I don’t wear a coat with pockets, but he does give a paper bag (you could use your own bag/box/etc.) to accomplish the desired look without wearing a blazer/sport coat. This makes this mostly a table routine for me because there is a need to discard things on the spur of the moment and I rarely have a pocket large enough to do so. You’ll need pockets if you wish to go strolling or walking about.
3) No, you do not need to “know” how to solve the cube since KJ gives you with a very basic and easy to learn method to scramble and solve the cube….a fake shuffle if you will….
BUT….if you make a mistake when preparing or performing (and you will), you will need to know how to solve the cube to reset. ALL of the cubes offered are genuine! As a result, some prior experience would be advantageous. You won’t be able to peel off stickers as you did as a child. The gaffed cube is not gaffed to solve itself instantly….it is gaffed in a different method to enable in-jar manufacturing. Despite being gaffed in an unusual way, it still functions as a genuine cube, can be handled, studied, and so on, and no one will ever notice….that it’s excellent. But if you mess up the algorithm, you’ll need to know how to fix it. One of the given procedures does need knowledge of how to solve.
4) The cubes offered are of a semi-good grade. Very similar to several of the speed cubes I have. They spin quite rapidly. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they all have stickers on them. When I got mine, some of the stickers were ripping up on the corners (because to the heat in the package), so I had to massage them down. I’m hoping to see a Version 2 with colorful squares instead of stickers in the future. They would, in my opinion, survive longer. If I use this as frequently as I intend to, I anticipate the stickers will wear away over time, necessitating new stickers or replacement cubes, similar to some of my other personal cubes I’ve used in the past. Consider your fresh deck of cards after a few weeks of use and how they begin to show signs of wear. This would result in a contradiction with the eventual reveal “when” the cubes start to age. So wash your hands and keep your children away from them.
5) One amazing feature is that KJ includes a few extras that aren’t really essential or even part of the routine but are fun to have. These elements were added to encourage you to be creative and potentially develop some of your own routines. I’m thrilled to put this concept to the test.
6) Restart. I discovered a faster way to reset. KJ illustrates a lengthy reset process that may take longer than the claimed 30 seconds, and someone will break their cube trying it. If you buy this effect and read this, you’ll just need a stronger “thingy,” and it resets A LOT faster. I used a stronger “thingy” and pulled my finger down on the cube, and the gaff reset without needing to use any type of tool.
7) I gave it a 4/5 because of the foreseen issue of sticker/cube replacement when they wear out. At some time, one gaff will not match the other….a month….a year….who knows? It all depends on how often you utilize the cubes. In my experience with sticker cubes, the more you handle them, the more the stickers wear around the edges. In addition, if you do not already have one, you will need to make one before executing (pk ring). It should be included or mentioned ahead of time.

Very pleased with the product, however if you don’t have a PK ring (as I don’t), you’ll have to prepare for an additional (not insignificant) investment to make it operate properly. Another approach is presented in the clip, but it’s not that exciting, and I don’t picture me wearing a plaster for an important event.

I’d want to amend my review:
Not only is it worth every money, but it is also paying me! I just made $50 off of my first Rubik’s cube in a bottle sale! If you’re a working magician who hasn’t considered the profit you can earn from this trick, you’re not thinking about how to use your leverage. Thank you very much, Ellusionist!

Beware! This is a fantastic technique, however there is one huge flaw. The stickers are unique, and the vendor will not sell replacements. I intended to include this into my shell regimen, but the stickers do not correspond to any of the ones I can locate online. When I contacted, I was advised to shatter the glass, remove the cube, apply my own stickers, and then pay $50 to have it transported over and reinserted into the jar. I believe that for $175, the customer should have access to new stickers. Many of us will need a new cube or may need to conduct shell work. Again, I like the concept, and it works well on its own. However, if you intend to include it into an established habit, get your wallets ready.

I bought this gimmick and did it the same day. I’m not a professional, but I can do it. I botched up the presentation and jumped to the end the first time I did this and still received wonderful emotions when they saw the autographed cube in the jar. This is fantastic!

I saw kieran perform this at a wedding and he was such a pleasant person that he spent some time conversing with my mum, who typically despises magicians. I would add that the video does not do Kieron credit; he is incredibly great in person. This was a poor room with bad angles, and he smashed it. One of the most talented live performers I’ve ever seen. The result is incredible. It’s so simple yet so effective, and I adore the additions. He gives you a lot of extras that are well worth every money.

The simplest routine on here gets excellent reactions…. In an impossible position, sign a mixed cube to a signed solved cube in a jar. Very pleased with my work buy.

I used this for the first time in the restaurant where I work, and it really stunned the audience. “Isn’t that your signature? How did you get that in?” Even though two of them understood what was about to happen, they were nonetheless taken aback. This is absolutely worth every cent.

Kieron Lefever is a fantastic artist. This is dynamo-style magic for the working professional, with no stooges or camera trickery. This is an excellent tool for teaching. The product’s quality is flawless.

I wish I could give this 4.5 stars. The effect is fantastic, however there are a few drawbacks. In comparison, I think it’s a far stronger trick than Greg Wilson’s Rubicon (price $350), which I witnessed live. He destroys Rubicon because he is a fantastic performer. I’m curious to see what he can accomplish with Isolated. Look at the reactions Kieron gets, and I don’t think his manner is helpful. There are two lay performances. One reply is adequate but not exceptional, while the other hardly registers. The third performance, for a magician, elicits a strong response because the magician “gets” what a powerful impact this should be.
Several claims should be addressed. “The timer resets in 30 seconds.” Yes, but you’ll need solitude; you won’t be able to do it while strolling about. “ It is not necessary to be able to solve a cube.” That is completely unrealistic. You will make mistakes and jumble the cube while practicing. To return to the starting point, you either solve it or disassemble it.

Routines
– Isolated 9/10. One drawback is that the cube must go out of sight for a moment or two. The routine deals with this, but I’d like to see a more direct approach. Also can be a little noisy. Best parts – it fools, and is 100% practical and dependable. No angles. Totally examinable.
– Jazz 9/10. Three cube routine with a lot of potential. You must actually solve a cube while trying to entertain, so you need to be quick about it.
– A routine with RD360 gimmick. 10/10. The hidden gem in this package. Harrius’ gimmick retails for $155, but turns this into a brain smashing effect. Scrambled, signed cube to solved, signed cube in jar. More impossible because the spectator scrambles the cube!
– Kev G CubeCards routine 7/10. Nice, but seems to be getting away from the point.
– Freakapped 6/10. Cute throwaway trick. Why is it here?Video 6/10. Would be adequate for a $30 trick. Sloppy camera work, lack of editing, rambling explanations. With pro pricing comes pro video production.
Performances 6/10. Really the weakest part of the package. Jazz routine in particular is not at all entertaining as presented. The RD360 variant is very solid as is. Be prepared to start over from scratch when crafting your presentation.
Craftsmanship 10/10. Good quality, but typical-looking speedcubes, prelubricated. Nice cloth bag. All the sneaky stuff works great. (Tip: use a plastic spudger for the reset tool). The end state cube in bottle is perfect.
I don’t mean to slam Kieron. I don’t like his performance style, but he seems like a great guy, has a stellar rep, and is obviously fiendishly clever. As an amateur, I’ve never paid anything close to this price for a single effect, but I did it without blinking and I’m glad I did. I hope my comments help people decide for themselves.
Any pro who is doing Rubik’s cube work who doesn’t jump on this should turn in their business cards.
