Therefore, we feel pushed to “toughen up,” hide our true sentiments and wants, maintain an outwardly pleasing demeanor, and unquestioningly complete the list of surface-level indicators society has provided for us. In this case, it doesn’t matter if you identify with the minimalist, holistic, or ultra-luxury camps.
We construct this perfect mask and tell ourselves it’s all we need while we keep our actual selves hidden away.
But it appears that the more we seek, the emptier our lives become. The more we try to prove ourselves, the less we feel like we’re enough, loveable, or free.
In LIVE BY YOUR OWN RULES QUEST, you’ll learn to cultivate the attribute most essential to your ongoing development and change: self-awareness. Your path to change will be like navigating a ship through fog if you don’t have it.
You’ll come to love all of you, not just the polished version you present to the world, but also the parts of you that most people would rather not look at.
You’re going to figure out how to appreciate who you are. And by “healthy,” we mean the kind of love that is unselfish and wholehearted, the kind you feel for a newborn kid.
Learn to accept ambiguity and shifts in plans so you may enjoy life more fully in the here and now.

You will be taught psychological and spiritually sound methods for managing your feelings.

You will spend the first two weeks delving into the ideas that will form the basis for your examination of the beliefs and roles that underpin your habits, decisions, emotions, and daily interactions.

Part 2: REFLECT ON WHO YOU ARE (DAY 15-25)
In week 3, we take stock of the norms and assumptions by which you’ve been operating thus far and decide if they should be maintained, abandoned, or rethought from the ground up.

In the last week, you’ll learn how to implement your revised set of core values and guiding principles in order to begin living the life of your dreams.

Daily Rituals: Think about the part of yourself that you want to develop the most, then create a routine that will help you focus on and achieve that objective.
How to Conquer Your Fears: How to deal with your worries about how other people see you or how they might see you.
