Organize Your Entire Organization Like a CEO
As you may be aware, my whole blog and company revolves around planning and organization.
You’d think I’d always have my business perfectly organized and working like a well-oiled machine…
Oh, how I wish!
To be absolutely honest, two years ago my business seemed more like a huge wreck than a well-oiled machine.
You’re aware of all the things that bloggers must do and keep track of? Making graphics, writing blogs, shooting or sourcing gorgeous photographs, producing items, networking, advertising, managing affiliate programs, answering emails, and so on!
It was rapidly spiraling out of control. As you know, I enjoy putting pen to paper, and no digital instrument will ever be able to replace it. However, I observed the following truth:
If you want to turn your blog into a sustainable source of revenue, you’ll need to embrace the world of digital tools and structure (particularly if you don’t want to go insane working 40+ hour weeks). Pen and paper just cannot manage all the moving parts (and a crew).
So, while I still enjoy my pen and gorgeous printouts for organizing my house and day-to-day life, I’ve discovered an AMAZING digital organizing tool that allows me to operate my business like the well-oiled machine that I want it to be.
I want to demonstrate how amazing it feels to having all of your blog and company information in one place, as well as processes and systems in place.
As a result, I developed a course titled “How to Organize Your Entire Business Like a CEO.”
This course is more of a “take you behind the scenes and show you the nitty gritty of precisely how it works” course than a “here are all the theories” course.
I believe that witnessing it in action will teach you the most.
I’m not claiming to be an expert in any of this, but I have learned so much that I wish I had known when I first started, and I believe I can spare you some mistakes and bother by sharing it with you now.
Here are some of the topics covered in the course:
Why you should develop procedures and systems in your business (even if you don’t believe you need them and only began blogging yesterday)
How to Begin Setting Up Systems For Your Business Even If You Don’t Have Any Currently
I’ll walk you through my blog posting system and process, as well as how I have Asana set up and what I use it for. PLUS, I’ll provide you a blog post process template that you can copy and paste.
How I keep track of all my business to-dos so nothing falls through the gaps
How I really arrange my weeks and days so that I do the important stuff
How I blend my pen and paper obsession with all of this digital nonsense
I can’t wait to tell you about it!
If you want to learn how to manage your entire blog and business, I can’t wait to meet you within the course.

Smith, Laura
Laura started her blog, I Heart Planners, a little over three years ago with no prior expertise. She wanted a site where she could share her love of organizing and planning while also earning a little more money.
Her site now receives hundreds of thousands of visitors every month and generates a stable, full-time income. She enjoys telling other ladies who wish to do the same how she accomplished it.
