There are three approaches to learning PADCOM!
1. The Student will learn to move between striking the pads and man-handling the pad feeder in order to maintain dominating the battle!
2. Who will nurture the potential to move the pupil to a new level of combative efficiency from the feeder’s perspective?
3. In terms of coaching, who currently has the ability to perform both of these things?
Once understood from the perspectives of the Pad-Feeder (PF) and the person working on the Pads, the Combatives Trainee (CT), you will discover that PAD-COM is a revolutionary new approach to train your Combative Hard Skills, effectively and flawlessly, with no holding back!
Previously, Pad work in Combatives was thought to be pretty static! Only used for TOOL DEVELOPMENT purposes. The next step would be to begin programmed SIMULATION training.
Finally, moving on to more spontaneous SCENARIO training, where the outcome is completely unknown to the learner, subject / s will be completely non-compliant, and here spontaneity will rule!
Quite often, I found the transition from static pad work to simulation and beyond to be too much for the ordinary learner. PAD-COM is intended to ‘Bridge’ this gap and accomplishes it admirably!
