Read books by Masters and other spiritual leaders. It will keep you upbeat and prevent you from feeling down. 4. Assist others. Be as unselfish as possible. You cannot feel sad while doing this. It’s not feasible. “The greatest selfishness is selflessness,” he stated. 5. Get some exercise. It will boost you by breaking down resistance in your body.
He warned me that those who commit suicide will return and suffer the same troubles. So it’s not a solution, simply a means of momentary relief. “Love, love, love,” Lester added. You’ll be so content, healthy, and successful.” It is impossible to be depressed when you are loving.
