DVD 1 – Describes the Harness and everything it comprises. More than a position of control, the Harness is a dynamic go to point of transition that has become part and parcel of the SBGi method to assaulting the back and an entire style of playing for many who in joke now call themselves “harnies”. From grips to cinching to achieving the Harness while transitioning between common positions and concluding with a plethora of submissions, both common and unconventional, this DVD will undoubtedly provide you with a great Harness game.

DVD 2 – Goes into the Chin Strap and its dynamic cycle of escapes, sweeps, and flip over options, as well as a few unexpected endings.
