However, a significant shift is influencing how we will practice. Problem-focused research outweighed strength-focused studies by a factor of 20 from the 1960s to 1995. Over the last 10 years, psychology study has evolved to an emphasis on joy, resiliency, strengths, and virtues, altering how we will practice in the future. Clinicians have been informed of these modifications. This recording provides an opportunity to discover the most recent advances in happiness and positive psychotherapy.
