So, what makes me, Stelios, the Greek-speaking person, the appropriate individual to convert you into a self-sufficient, consistently winning day trader?
My narrative actually begins a decade ago. Trading piqued my curiosity 11 years ago. My father lost money when he tried to invest in the stock market, which triggered my interest. I was curious as to why so many individuals lose money when trading, as well as what the winners do differently. So I began researching and exploring on the internet, which is how I discovered technical analysis. I purchased a few books and began studying technical analysis. Then I discovered on Google all these day traders who appeared to make millions of dollars each year with penny stocks. I purchased a couple courses and began practicing on sample accounts. After about a year, I established a genuine $10,000 account. In two months, I blew up that account… That was really painful! It’s a big deal! So I began studying more. I purchased more courses. I learned new tactics… and I tried it again with a $5k account this time. In barely three months, I blew up my second account… Hey, at least my second account lasted a little longer! I was quite irritated and ready to give up. But trade has always been a part of me. It had become my passion… nearly an addiction, and like any obsession, it was difficult to break.
I took a year off and returned to school. In just one year, I must have spent over $10,000 on courses. After hundreds, if not thousands, of hours of trial and error, I began to notice some improvement and consistency. I discovered two tactics that I was truly excellent at… then I began to personalize them by adding and eliminating my own unique rules. That was the time when everything came together. I was getting increasingly lucrative on the demo while also improving on my discipline and thinking.
