If you want to improve your coaching abilities and confidence in the shortest amount of time, SI Boot Camp is the way to go.

We meet in person for four days of rigorous, specialized coaching instruction that will increase your coaching skills by a year or more. Utilize your inherent abilities, personal momentum, and natural confidence to begin attracting paid clients. There is no faster, more immersive approach to learn significant skills as a coach, whether you are new to coaching, a student who needs a boost, or a professional who wants to add coaching to your talents.

This is a boutique training: the group size is limited to 75 students to guarantee that each learner receives customized attention and assistance at all times.

Even if the live, in-person training is a few weeks or months away, your coaching improvement begins the moment you sign up. SI Fundamentals, our basic coach training, Coaching Practice Blueprint, a turnkey approach for developing a coaching practice, and 8 weeks of SI Supervision are all available to you immediately online. We meet as a group over the phone in SI Supervision to undertake live mini-coaching sessions and discover new tactics. Then, while you’re still on the phone, you’ll be matched with another student to switch roles as coach and client, putting the new methods you’ve learned into effect. Our idea is that if you show up for class, you will progress tremendously as a coach.

Graduates will be certified as a Practitioner of Excellence, a term reserved for people who have worked one-on-one with Mark and Magali Peysha in a small group setting.

SI Boot Camp includes a comprehensive marketing package to help you get started as a coach, as well as eight weeks of live phone-based training leading up to the live event.

The training comprises the following components:

12 weeks of online and live phone-based Strategic Intervention Coaching training
Three days of rigorous in-person training during which you will feel your skills as a coach rise and arouse your desire to serve others.
A readymade marketing strategy for launching your tutoring business without the need for additional marketing or technology.
A one-of-a-kind training bonus package to help you improve as a coach and company owner.

When selecting a training program, it is critical to observe your teachers’ real coaching sessions to ensure that you are learning from the model you want to replicate in your profession. This coaching session highlights our student Debbie, who was having difficulty identifying her coaching talents. Magali leads the entire coaching class in Collective Coaching, in which we all work together to coach one individual on stage. This is just one of the many innovative ways we employ to teach our pupils new skills and talents.
