I released a product called The Fastest Way Humanly Possible to Burn Fat in 2010.
The DVDs showed me sprinting throughout the world.
In China, France, Italy, Switzerland, Malta, and the United States of America.
I bolted up the Eiffel Tower.
In Sicily, I ran up Mount Etna.
I ran, and I ran, and I ran.
The regimen really kicked ass – and making it helped me get into kick butt condition.
Sprinting benefits the body in ways that cardio cannot.
It stimulates the synthesis of growth hormone, causing the body to develop muscle and burn fat.
The advantage is HUGE, but there is a drawback.
Injuries.
Friends of mine who hadn’t sprinted since their football days felt there was nothing to it and, despite my warnings, went out and tore their hamstrings and Achilles tendons.
Aside from the risk of damage for those who do too much, too soon, the fact is that many, many, many individuals today are so overweight and obese that sprinting outside is out of the question. Running on treadmills or using any equipment that causes severe pounding on the joints is also harmful.
There’s also the cortisol component to consider. If the workout raises cortisol levels, the entire effort may be counterproductive.
The good news is that there is a technique to lose weight quicker than I ever imagined feasible when I launched those training DVDs in 2010.
When it comes to exercise, I still believe that sprints are the most effective fat burner.
But if you can’t or shouldn’t do them yet, there’s an even quicker method.

Not converting to vegetarianism or veganism.
I’m not going keto.
We’re not going low-carb.
I’m not a fruitarian.
I’m not doing any cardio.
No weight lifting.
Not engaging in bodyweight workouts (although they help).
The secrets to being a master butter burner are NOT what you’ve been told, what you’ve heard, or what the mainstream believes, says, or does. If they were, the rest of society would be fit and trim.
They’re not.
