Module 3: Office Organization and Contact Management
This module is all about keeping track of all your clients and customers in an orderly manner. You’ll learn how to: pick the proper contact management system for YOU, develop simple procedures to remain in touch with everyone, and keep accurate records of all your customer interactions and discussions so nothing falls through the cracks!
Module #2: Time Management, Day Planning, and Avoiding Overwhelm
This session will teach you how to make the most of the hours you have available in your day for voice-over marketing. With your voice-over business’s changing daily demands, you’ll learn how to design a practical timetable that is efficient but adaptable. It features tools to assist you in prioritizing work, organizing your time, and avoiding “too much to do!” overwhelm.
Module #4: Your Marketing Materials – EVERYTHING You Use to Connect with Your Customers, Online and Offline
This session will go over everything you’ll need to know in order to develop a presentation that will attract GREAT voice-over customers. You’ll learn which marketing materials are the MOST IMPORTANT, how to budget for the marketing materials you’ll need, what’s MOST important for you to do right now versus what can wait until later, and information about publishing online and print newsletters and other unique ways of connecting with your clients.
Module 5: Identifying Your Niche and Ideal Clients
This session explains how to figure out where you fit in the voice-over market, how to establish your specialty, and how to attract your ideal clients. You’ll learn how to do market research and create your “pre-marketing” approach. Determine who, when, and where you should market to.
Module 6: Your Advocacy Campaign. Getting in Touch with Potential Voice-Over Clients This session will teach you all you need to know about initial customer contact, including how to compose efficient “first contact” emails and cover letters, as well as how to conduct productive and enjoyable cold calls. You’ll learn how to spread the word that you’re open for business and start attracting clients, as well as how to reconnect with prior clients you’ve lost touch with.
Module #7: Long-Term Client Relationship Building
This session will teach you how to cultivate successful, gratifying, and expanding customer relationships. You’ll discover how to use effective follow-up methods to keep your clients coming back to you again and again.
Module #8: Marketing and Branding Your Voice-Over Business
This module is all about defining the “promise” that your clients anticipate from you. You’ll learn about the concrete and intangible parts of branding, as well as how to develop a distinctive brand and re-brand your voice-over business if you’re ready for a change.
