This activity was planned and carried out in compliance with the American Osteopathic Association’s accreditation standards and regulations (AOA). The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) has accredited the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) to offer osteopathic continuing medical education to doctors.

Dr. Mortensen received his medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. He relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona in 2012 and worked as a hospitalist for seven years, after which I chose to return and further my education in the field of endocrinology. He is presently an endocrinology fellow at the University of Arizona Phoenix campus, and he will graduate in the summer of 2021. He intends to open an endocrinology practice in Flagstaff, Arizona, after finishing his studies.
