Section 1: RELAXING ON THE GRACE GROUND
Surrendering to the Ground of Grace (Module 1)
We begin our 10-module journey with defining Grace. How do we get into direct experience of Divine Presence and have access to our real nature’s unlimited love, joy, serenity, power, grandeur, wisdom, creativity, and pure awareness? Why is this so important not just for our individual progress but also for the evolution of our world?
We’ll talk about how to surrender more deeply to Grace, and Miranda will share her feminine and integrated approach to nondual awakening that focuses on EGO RELAXATION rather than ego destruction.
This module will teach you:
Learn how ego relaxation exercise may help you open into Grace as the DEPTH of your own heart, the CAUSE of your Being, and the TRANSFORMING agent that wakes you.
Accept the Grace message that urges you to set aside all your notions of self and Reality and learn to “come to God with entirely empty hands.”
Discover the four dimensions of grace and how each contributes to a complete awakening that allows you to live in the world from a consciousness beyond it.
Liberate Ego Efforting, the greatest impediment to grace, the source of so much unneeded tension, and the belief that “I am the doer, and it’s all up to me.”
Taste Grace’s nondual Reality as the foundation of your being, and drink in its sustaining nectar right now.
Module 2: Overcoming Fear and Control
Authentic spiritual awakening asks you to open in and through your direct experience until entire and joyous surrender is achieved. This entails coping with the fear and control that underpin all ego formations. Fear cannot be justified, avoided, or disregarded. This lesson challenges you to gently investigate what causes you to contract, what maintains it, and why.
Miranda will assist you to investigate INTO your concerns – the places inside that are difficult for you to open, whether historical, ancestral, or existentially grounded — in an atmosphere of loving love towards our humanity. When confronted with presence and genuine acceptance, anything may dissolve.
Miranda will direct you in the following directions:
Identifying personal anxieties that bring you back to the surface of your personality and create glass ceilings in your profession.
Exploring the theory and practice of Holistic Self-Inquiry, which enables you to use fear and control as a springboard to examine your instinctual patterns of closure and what is beyond.
Understanding the basic existential worries that prevent you from entering the infinite depths of your own essence. Allowing our assumptions and self-images to die as part of the flow of Grace.
Appreciating your control methods as ways you developed to cope with the dread of separation. Relaxing into the Boundless Love that allows you to let go.
Learning to be present without abandoning yourself, using the energy inside your fear and control to uncover what is living beyond you and your fears?
Learn for yourself that fear has no basis. Grace knows no bounds.
Module 3: The Formation of Trust
Our ability to submit and allow Grace to take us beyond our old ego patterns into the infinite depths of our actual nature is reliant on our ability to trust the loving kindness that underpins our life. Without enough faith, we simply cannot let go of our control methods and truly see that there is nothing to fear.
Miranda will deliver an advanced teaching on the building of trust in this module, inspired by a passage in A Course in Miracles’ teachers handbook that was important in enabling a quantum surrender and shift in her own center of gravity.
This module will teach you:
Understand how your unconscious trust template is founded on your early holding environment in childhood, how this effects your potential to allow for deeper growth and development in spiritual life, and how to deal with it.
Discover the many levels of trust, as well as the invites and difficulties that each degree of trust contains.
Allow your trust restrictions to dissolve in the Divine Mother presence, which IS boundless holding, nursing, caring, and love, regardless of your background.
Learn how trust manifests itself clearly in the body, heart, and mind, giving you the confidence to relax back into the source of your Being.
Feel the presence of Loving Goodness that underpins your life and all existence as the State of Grace.
Section 2: RECEIVING GRACE’S BLESSINGS
Module 4: Humility: Entering the Mystery
We may go further into the Mystery now that we have learned to relax into the Ground of Grace, which is the loving foundation of our existence and everything that is. Humility unlocks this door and is essential in dealing with the unconscious ego hubris that arises as we attempt to lead ourselves across the bridge into higher realms. Thinking “I know” or “I should know the path” creates a tension knot that prevents us from receiving true receptivity and direction.
Miranda will discuss the power of opening during times when we feel helpless, learning to stay present and BOW into the Mystery of ignorance, giving up to Grace itself in this program.
This module will teach you:
Remove the impediment of ego humiliation – your past of shame when you didn’t know something. Reclaim the good power of not knowing by learning to be present without collapsing and just opening.
Relax your subtle pride, opinions, presumptions, and proclivity to self-direct, instead learning to stand aside and allow room.
Discover the prayer practice of Giving over to Grace, which assists you in returning your life, relationships, and everything that you perceive to be “yours” to the source of your existence.
Enter the receptive state with the “Graceful Surrender” meditation, which combines Guru Yoga and Centering Prayer concepts.
Allow yourself to enter the non-conceptual place of nothingness.
Patience: The “Gentle Effort” Module 5:
Entering and learning to dwell in the condition of Grace in all of its dimensions challenges us to both honestly engage our spiritual practice with profound dedication, devotion, and regularity, while also knowing that we are not in command of the show!
Patience allows us to accept where we are and stop manipulating ourselves.
Patience is a loving dimension that assists us in accepting the duality of effort and effortlessness. It flushes out the subtle bargaining that might occur on the path, the ego’s claim to Grace as something to be “purchased” by spiritual good behavior.
This module will teach you:
Distinguish the subtle agendas that might hijack your spiritual practice and prevent genuine surrender, such as bargaining, entitlement, and attachment to certain notions and outcomes.
Purify your purpose for following the path, and you will convert the subtle narcissism of seeking spiritual fulfillment for selfish advantage. Recognize with joy that your ego cannot become enlightened!
Allow self-judgment, subtle rejection, and spiritual pushiness to go away.
Access a higher level of commitment by allowing your practice to be motivated by your heart’s love for the Real.
Learn how patience may help you practice ego relaxation at a deeper level, releasing your attachments and pushiness while honing your practice’s lens. (This allows us to participate in what the Bhagavad Gita refers to as gentle exertion, deepening our dedication to our practice while relinquishing control.)

Section 3: GRACE’S TRANSFORMING POWER
Module 6: Transforming Heartbreak Through Forgiveness
Forgiveness is an aspect of Grace’s changing action, which is how the “heavenly” realm comes to Earth to restore our essential innocence as humans. Forgiveness uses our relational issues as a powerful vehicle to heal old wounds and connect with the indestructible purity of who we actually are. However, forgiveness is sometimes misconstrued as “rising beyond it,” which adds to spiritual phoniness, bypassing, and misunderstanding.
Miranda takes you on a remarkable journey into the junction of your humanity and divinity in this program. We will compassionately examine the area of profound hurt, betrayal, rage, and hatred, which is forbidden in many spiritual traditions.
This module will teach you:
Learn what genuine forgiveness is and what the biblical commandment “Turn the other cheek” actually means (it’s not what you think!).
Learn how forgiveness clears the lens of guilt, projection, and judgment from the mind and heart.
Bring your “taboo” emotions, such as wrath, fury, betrayal, and vengeance, out of the closet and into the light of unconditional awareness, and discover how they serve as crucial gates to deeper depths of Grace.
Learn to separate forgiveness from reconciliation and guilt from regret, which allows you to support forgiveness with discernment.
Explore the six phases of forgiveness as a teaching and practice that provides a framework for allowing Grace to heal the injured places.
Experience forgiveness as a healing shower of blessings that returns us to unbreakable innocence, peace of mind, and proper interaction with one another.
Participate in our world’s awakening by transforming past hatred into present love.
Module 7: Accepting Your Suffering
“You know perfectly well, deep inside you, there is just a single magic, a single power, a single redemption – and that is called love,” Herman Hesse stated. So, then, enjoy your agony. The discomfort is caused by your reluctance.”
This module urges you to turn straight towards the constraints you are still dealing with and open your heart in love to them all. This, contrary to popular belief, increases our transparency. It allows us to disassociate from our personalities while becoming more tolerant and authentically human. Loving our pain opens the door to grace that is greater than “me.”
This module will teach you:
Investigate the source of misery — and how it relates to your own and the world’s suffering. How to accept it as a live invitation to a greater humanity rather than a problem to be solved.
Investigate the identification with the separate ego that gives birth to greed, envy, and behaviors that are antithetical to our most valued spiritual objectives.
Dissolve the constructs of “I” and “Mine,” as suggested by a Ramana Maharshi instruction.
In the face of pain, practice Ego Relaxation – opening, softening, letting — and facing everything with receptivity to be taught by all of life’s events.
Discover the perfect relationship with your personality by getting to know yourself better.
As your thinking melts back into God, face everything with love.
Module 8: Expanding Your Grace Dimensions
This module allows you to taste for yourself that Grace is not merely within you, but that Grace is WHAT is living you all the days of your life. When we grasp this, not just philosophically but in our firsthand experience, there is nothing to fear about going deeper within and letting go. You can only ever fall out of a mental framework. You can only sink further into Grace.
This session teaches you HOW to visit higher realms so that your awakening process can run wild. Miranda also explains her “Entering into Direct Experience” method, which provides a framework for diving in and beyond.
This module will teach you:
Let rid of the habit of comparing and commenting that puts you on the surface of yourself rather than diving deeper.
Understand the tantric idea of diving INTO and THROUGH your direct experience, which demonstrates how to convert everything into a road to awakening.
While practicing ego relaxation, learn what it actually means to meet the multiple levels of your experience (doing nothing to change, fix, transcend).
To dive further, work with the following basic fears: ego lacking identity, fear of overload, loss of control, the familiar, and your working capability – the worry that “I” will disappear.
Land in deeper depths of Being, where Grace reveals more of itself, inextricably linked to your genuine being.
Section 4: LIVING WITH GRACE IN THE WORLD
Module 9: The Pleasure of Being
According to Vedic philosophy, our true essence is “Sat-Chit-Ananda” (Being-Consciousness-Bliss). The more we learn to open our hearts to everything, the more we feel Ananda, or natural bliss. We realize that the depths of our hearts are seas of happiness, generosity, compassion, empathy, and refined traits that enhance our lives and the lives of people around us.
This joy of being is not reliant on specific circumstances, yet it can be provoked by a variety of factors, like the perfume of a rose, the tenderness of our grandchild, a lover’s soft touch, or a stunning sunset. When we awaken to the living Grace inside us, our hearts are really delighted.
This module will teach you:
Investigate how Reality provides actual contentment that allows us to be content with our life, putting a stop to our materialistic search for “more.”
Distinguish between your joy triggers and the source of your delight.
Contact the Ananda (love-joy-bliss) spirit as the depth of your own heart, regardless of your background or personality.
Break down the barriers to joy – feeling undeserving, objectifying joy, and chasing after certain situations or experiences.
Discover the spiritual discipline of enjoying your life totally, viewing pleasure as part of your practice — what helps your soul evolve — and distinguishing real pleasure from harmful excess.
Reconnect with the value of being grateful, making time for what counts, and nurturing people with your love.

Module 10: Being Love’s Presence
The ultimate goal of every human existence is to spread the grandeur of God, not for selfish wealth. The more we really embrace the road, giving up our habits of closure to Grace, the more naturally we manifest the deeper reality of who we are. We begin to exude Grace when we learn to let go of fear and control and develop in trust, humility, awareness, acceptance, and forgiveness. Our presence becomes more refined, transparent, responsive rather than reactive, and emits the scent of genuine love. The way we spend our life reveals a spiritual elegance.
We will do the following in our last module together:
Examine your daily routine so that you can prioritize spiritual nutrition. When you get addicted, simply return to your practice in the spirit of Rumi’s lament: “Come, come whatever you are, even though you’ve violated your vows a thousand times. “Please return.”
Make activities that you get immersed in into a practice (i.e. email, running errands, cooking dinner, etc.).
Learn to perceive God’s face in everyone we encounter, looking past the surface and bowing to the Grace that resides inside them.
Find methods to respond gracefully to problems in life and in the world by asking, “What is required now?” and then taking creative action.
Learn what to do when we become lost or sidetracked by the unexpected, as well as how to ask for and receive help.
