This DVD offers rare footage of the late grandmaster Moy Yat discussing the ideas, methods and precise moves of the Yip Man Muk Jong Form.

Grandmaster Moy Yat begins the session by explaining how to correctly play the form, as well as the right techniques and location behind each movement.

This is extremely uncommon footage that every Wing Chun practitioner should have. This is the first film of its sort to record late grandmaster Moy Yat’s actual instruction.
