Module 1: Taking Radical Personal Responsibility (May 26)
In our lives, we all face disappointments and failures. When things don’t go as planned, do you feel that the circumstance occurred to you — or that it happened for you?
Taking radical responsibility for your life entails accepting the concept that, while you may not be accountable for your life’s circumstances, you are ultimately responsible for how you choose to live within them. This is the foundation, the starting point for all of our other lessons.
Murray will play an improvised live-piano journey customized to this subject after our exploration of radical responsibility to assist you enhance your grasp of these themes.
This module will teach you:
Get rid of any remnants of a victim mentality.
Discover why you want to take radical control of your life.

What Is Possible in Module 2? (June 2)
Fear performs a crucial function in our lives by protecting us from things that would damage us. But fear does not distinguish between good and bad, and when we seek things that terrify us, that protection might actually limit our options.
You’ll uncover the ultimate fear – the dread behind all fears – and alter it so we may be receptive to the opportunity that awaits us on the other side.
Murray will perform a live piano trip inspired by these thoughts as we continue to ponder on their relevance in our own lives at the end of the inquiry.
This module will teach you:
Accept life’s impermanence as a doorway to possibilities.
Change your sentiments of uncertainty into feelings of opportunity.
Participate in a contemplative technique to ground and change your fear.
Appreciate the present moment and live life as a verb rather than a noun.
Attachment, Detachment, and Non-Attachment (June 9)
We form attachments throughout our lives, some of which are beneficial and others of which are destructive. You may believe that certain attachments are beyond your control, that you simply have strong feelings about something and there is nothing you can do about it.
However, you may modify your feelings regarding something or someone. You have the ability to alter your relationship with that attachment.
The trick is to be deliberate.
You might be familiar with the Buddhist approach to attachment (or, more accurately, non-attachment – perceiving whatever happens objectively). We’ll build on that idea to see what attachment looks like in terms of the meaning we give to life, the meaning we give to our beliefs, and the meaning we give to ourselves.
This module will teach you:
Recognize the differences between connection, detachment, and non-attachment.
Recognize the distinction between expectation and acceptance – the key to strengthening relationships
Determine the distinctions between necessities and desires.
Discover how non-attachment fosters new levels of empathy.
Module 4: The Power of Forgiveness (June 16)
What happens if an apology never arrives? What if the person you need to forgive is yourself?
When we can accept that we are not just the consequence but also the cause of our experiences, whether consciously or subconsciously, our road to forgiveness becomes more clearer.
On the other side of forgiveness is freedom. While it may appear that forgiveness is something we do for others, it is actually a journey we do for ourselves.
This module will teach you:
Recognize the function of (non)attachment in forgiving.
Learn what the phrase “everything occurs for a reason” actually means.
Examine how your life and relationships reflect your values.
Learn how to write a sincere apology.
Module 5: The Flow State (June 23)
A flow state, also known as being “in the zone” by athletes, is when you are at your peak performance – connected to your best self and able to generate and create from that place.
Flow is defined as total immersion, timelessness, and the lack of ego. With a respect that might feel spiritual, you become one with your creation.
The portion of your brain that processes introspection shuts down in this condition. Your inhibitions and uncertainties are reduced, allowing you to proceed in novel and innovative ways.
Flow may be attained by everyone. You’ll learn how to bring more flow into your life and how to connect individual moments of flow to build a life of flow.
This module will teach you:
Discover how to enter and maintain a flow state.
Learn the critical distinction between pleasure and enjoyment.
Recognize the distinction between external and internal rewards.
Differentiate between how we spend time and how we experience time.
Recognize the distinction between feeling flow in a particular activity and living a flow-filled life.
Module 6: Being Present in the Presence of Joy (June 30)
You’ve probably been conditioned to believe that happiness is derived from external factors such as financial money, professional success, a wonderful relationship, or a pleasant trip.
Society (and the constant peer pressure of social media) fosters the idea that we will only be happy when we get something we don’t currently have.
The fact is that joy may be found right in front of you. It does not appear when you have the perfect figure, the perfect house, or the perfect job.
Joy is a natural byproduct of being content with what you have. In this session, you’ll learn how to change your viewpoint so that you may find delight in everything and everything (including the seemingly ordinary, banal, or mundane).
This module will teach you:
Determine the distinction between pleasure and happiness.
Differentiate between outwardly and internally motivated delight.
Envy is the ultimate destroyer of joy.
Investigate ways to reach joy through various emotions (particularly the “difficult” ones).
Recognize what causes joy in a genuine and organic way.
Develop your ability to increase joy via meditation, gratitude, and just being.
Module 7: What Is Your Mission? (July 7)
“The two most significant days of your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why,” Mark Twain famously observed. However, there is a third most significant day – the day you realize there is a why.
There is no turning back once that deep, existential question enters your brain.
But what if the meaning of life was the one you gave it? Even if the only meaning it had was the one you gave it, it still had meaning.
Your existence would have purpose because you insist on it – because you demand it. While this may appear frightening at first, it is really incredibly freeing. Nobody else on Earth can provide you with the meaning — or purpose — you seek.
It is up to you to discover and accept it. Because it is unique and special to you, your intention cannot be wrong.
This module will teach you:
Learn that the meaning of life is determined by the meaning you give it.
Investigate how you may use your talents to help others.
Learn how to access your moment-to-moment purpose.
Recognize the goal of the goal
