Understanding Your Family Legacy and Spiritual Heritage, Module 1 (May 24)
Learning about your ancestors’ lives and legacies may help you understand how your family’s habits, conditioning, and cultural environment effect your welfare — and can help you vow not to repeat the past.
One of the most important components of researching your family tree is determining your family’s identity. We are all members of a familial community, whether we have direct ancestors or not.
During the first lesson, you’ll learn how your ancestors’ stories will guide you to your inheritance… and your mission.
You’ll engage with your family’s archetypes and spiritual legacy to learn who your ancestors are and how they may help you on your path.
You’ll discover how to connect and speak with your ancestors to receive direction via ceremony, honoring, meditations, and intuitive practices.
You’ll also learn the hallmarks of an ancestor healer — and think about the legacy you want to leave behind.
As you investigate your family history, you will discover:
Discover the indications that you are an ancestral healer for your family.
not only on the internet, but also on the internet. internet on the internet. internet on the internet, etc.
Investigate the nature of your family legacy — and what you want to pass on to future generations.
Learn how to connect with your ancestors and speak with them via rituals, meditations, and intuitive practices.
Develop a good relationship with your family’s archetypes — as well as your deeper, smarter, and more compassionate ancestral guidance.
Module 2: Ancestral Stories and Inheritance (May 31)
Your ancestors’ relationships have a strong influence on your psychological and emotional patterns and actions.
As you learn to untangle and analyze your own life — your apparently illogical concerns, psychological, emotional, and physical issues — and identify similarities that are anchored in your family history, a tale might begin to form.
Recognizing this continuum may give a link to the past that inspires and supports… as well as useful information regarding your biological and behavioral ancestors.
This session will teach you how to find your ancestors’ tales… and how they are still alive in your life.
As you investigate your ancestors’ tales and inheritance, you will discover:
Discover how to unearth your ancestors’ stories.
Explore how epigenetics, biological inheritance, and DNA impact and reveal your inheritance
Recognize your ancestral ancestry – evaluate the obstacles and accept the rewards that come with them.
Examine your ancestors’ inherent and extrinsic conditions and actions — and where they connect with yours.
Discover how to organize your family tree.
Module 3: Healing Shadows and Unveiling Your Mother Line’s Gifts (June 7)
Your mother line is one of the most powerful forces for ancestral healing, whether you’re a mother yourself or have children through birth, marriage, adoption, or fostering.
You’ll look at how your maternal lineage may help you mend, embrace, and enjoy your family history.
Because the emotional repercussions of being a good or bad mother are so significant, your connection with your mother is rarely easy.
Because your mother (whether biological or adoptive) was the vessel through which you entered the world, the tale of your conception and birth is an essential part of your ancestral legacy.
She may have been your first role model or your first relationship with someone of the other gender. Her displays of love, affection, and support undoubtedly affected the manner in which you give and receive love.
As you examine your mother line and the tales of your mother and grandmother, you will have a better understanding of how these maternal influences influenced your decisions — and how to mend that legacy if necessary.
As you repair your mother line’s shadows, you will:
Investigate why your maternal line is one of the most potent influencers for ancestral healing.
Learn how your maternal lineage may help you mend, embrace, and enjoy your family legacy.
Address health and mental difficulties inherited from your mother line — and learn how to sever and release these bonds in order to recover.
Examine your conception and birth inheritance – the tale of your conception and birth, as well as the setting of your parents’ life.
Learn how infertility and the choice not to have children can be caused by genetic patterns or trauma, such as the death of a mother as a child.
Module 4: Healing Shadows and Unveiling Your Father Line’s Gifts (June 14)
Your paternal line has a lot of archetypal force. Fathers loom bigger than life, whether present or absent, and it might take a long time to perceive your father as someone other than a hero or monster.
Your father may have attempted to mold you into the person he thought you should be or weighed in on who you should date.
In this session, you’ll learn why restoring your relationship with your father line is such a vital part of ancestral healing…
… as well as how to address attachment difficulties and experiences you may have had as a child, whether or not you knew your father.
You will: as you cure the shadows of your paternal line:
Investigate how repairing your relationship with your paternal line is a strong and essential component of ancestral healing.
Discover your paternal line’s archetypal energy – and how it affects your life.
Discover how your childhood and adult relationships with your father and other male figures continue to influence you.
Consider your father’s connections, including how he interacted with your mother and his parents.
Trace your father’s ancestors down to his father and grandfathers, as well as other historical influences.
Module 5: Bringing Death and Grief to Light by Remembering and Honoring Deceased Loved Ones (June 21)
When we allow ourselves to cross the bridge between our everyday awareness and a higher consciousness, we may interact with the spirit realm.
Once your ancestors’ souls have been liberated, they can take their position as elders in the spirit realm — and, if they so want, become guardian spirits to advise and protect their living descendants.
Natalia will guide you through this module to obtain a better knowledge of what happens to loved ones after they pass into the spirit realm… and how your ancestors may become strong friends for you as you continue on your present path of life.
You’ll also discover rituals and ceremonies for commemorating dead loved ones, forging ties in the spirit realm… and making pleasant and safe connections.
As you remember and commemorate your loved ones who have died, you will:
Discover how to construct a family altar to commemorate and honor your loved ones.
Learn about your ancestors’ journeys to become guardian spirits or strong allies to people who are still alive on Earth.
Investigate how to communicate with loved ones in the spirit realm — and how they might return in a variety of ways to soothe and reassure us of their continuous existence.
Learn about powerful rites and ceremonies for honoring and remembering your ancestors.
Module 6: Healing Ancestral Wounds (June 28)
Natalia explains how your intention, together with your intuition, may aid in the dismantling and transformation of ancestral shadows.
Dealing with your own wounds is difficult enough, but that isn’t usually where the wounded ends… or begins.
As a sensitive and caring human being, you have the ability to heal not just your own traumas, but also the heritage or pain of your ancestors.
You’ll look at intention setting as a way to break free from harmful habits and behaviors that might persist and cause inexplicable health issues…
… and learn how to deal with these legacies by unraveling your own tale and befriending your suffering so you may hear its story as well.
You’ll discover how to change ancestral shadows when you learn:
Learn how to distinguish your personal grief and legacy from that of your family.
Bring light and healing to your life’s issues and family conflicts.
Make a healing area and rituals for the entire family.
Discover effective forgiving practices and visualizations.
Investigate the therapeutic potential of rituals, meditations, ceremonies, and pilgrimages.
Module 7: Becoming a Wise Ancestor Through Claim and Reframing Your Inheritance (July 5)
Because new events, challenges, and rites of passage from birth to death — from leaving relationships and outmoded values behind, to exploring talents and professional direction, to discovering who you truly are — were embraced and honored, your forefathers were able to assimilate transitions into their lives.
During the last week of class, you’ll discover how integrating your entire being may help you become a knowledgeable ancestor… and a strong ancestral healer.
This is like peeling away layers of an onion, since each period of your life brings with it a new set of influences and experiences.
You’ll delve into the story of your life thus far. Do you think of it as a drama or an adventure? Do you suffer one disaster after another? Or has your life been more secluded or isolated?
As you claim and reclaim your inheritance, you will notice a pattern emerge, leading to an awareness of how much your life narrative has been shaped by family history…
… and in doing so, you will have the ability to build the legacy that you genuinely desire to leave behind.
You will: as you claim and reinterpret your inheritance:
Investigate your life’s narrative to date — and how to claim and redefine your family legacy.
Rediscover your rediscover your rediscover your rediscover your rediscover
Discover how integrating all of who you are may help you become a wise ancestor – and a strong ancestral healer.
Increase your knowledge and acceptance of the importance of change.
Learn how to build the legacy you actually want to leave behind.
