Full-Body Strength is a month-long series that provides a comprehensive approach to substantially increasing overall strength. It blends the greatest elements of yoga, calisthenics, and circuit training to produce an enjoyable and demanding workout regimen. You’ll be exhausted after each workout, knowing that you pushed yourself to your limits and completed your daily tasks.
Patrick’s style is what distinguishes this series: each 30-minute session incorporates a unique blend of slides, holds, circuits, drills, plyometrics, and complexities to produce a balanced and enjoyable exercise regimen. This plan will help you improve your endurance, body control, stamina, and more, with comprehensive squat adjustments and fire-inducing core movements.
You will rotate through five strength-building courses and one recovery class over the course of a month. These sessions include the following:
• The Burn: Beginning with a side plank and progressing into a strength-building flow, you will execute one-armed motions, core training, and hip mobility drills.
• The Slide: A circuit-style challenge using a blanket for arm and leg strengthening.
• The Fire: A blazing twist on a typical sun salutation. In a ladder-style flow, you’ll do rounds of pistol squats, push up variants, and tough standing positions to revitalize your entire body.
• The Strength: Push yourself to new heights in this flow-based, repeating routine. The Power consists of heart-pumping leaps, core training, and delightful relaxation in bridge position.
• The Tension: In this last strength-building session, you will be pushed to progress steadily through difficult sequences of lower-body exercises and pickup-based drills.
• Recover: On rest days, these flowing motions will help you unwind and keep your body supple.
