The Customer Services Series offered a series of useful tools for defining client expectations and automating the workflow process. The course teaches agencies how to set expectations and link activities to the audiences and KPIs that matter most to their customers. It’s the most impressive webinar series I’ve watched in the last two years. I was able to instantly put the tools and templates to use for my own agency, and I grabbed several screen images for future ideas. A fantastic group of dedicated experts. Definitely worth the money. — Kinoshita Communications LLC’s Laura Kinoshita

Finally, I recognize that my difficulties in running an inbound marketing firm are not unique. The Client Services Series shows you how to offer value and manage a profitable account step by step. The tools in the series provide me with an integrated method for tracking time, projects, and outcomes, as well as an easy way to connect with the customer.

Paul and his colleagues are fantastic. The experiences, knowledge, and insight they provided in this series will stay with me for many years. My partner and I were able to leave with practical next actions, which I’m confident will impact the course of our agency. Furthermore, this series took a group of participants who appeared to be competitors from the outside and created a learning atmosphere that was full of collaboration and encouragement. I’m looking forward to the next series!

PR 20/20’s Paul Roetzer and his team have shared and improved best practices in the lifespan of inbound agency/customer engagements. As a result, other marketing firms, such as DutchmarQ, have found this to be quite valuable (the Netherlands).

I was first hesitant to attend a series with (gulp) 7 sessions. I really liked how Paul brought us from start to end with a customer in a year. The scorecard was an excellent marketing tool that I am eager to put to use with future clients. It certainly helps to establish expectations right away. He did an excellent job of concentrating on drivers and builders, as well as employing metrics for final analysis. I was incredibly pleased with the series and have a plethora of ideas to pursue and work on with my clients in 2013!

Paul and the PR 20/20 team are well-oiled machines with well-organized procedures and practices that help their business work smoothly and effectively. It’s an amazing sight to behold. They are gracious enough to expose these systems and procedures in the Client Services Series in order to assist other agencies in growing and delivering outcomes for their clients. It’s also highly beneficial to observe the techniques and tactics used by an excellent firm like PR 20/20 to create outcomes for its clients. I strongly recommend the Client Services Series to any agency serious about expanding.
