Leon specializes in the evaluation, nondestructive testing, and design restorations of structural, architectural, and material distress projects. His experience includes nondestructive testing of concrete structures, computer modeling and analysis of steel and masonry buildings, steel structure repair design, building envelope evaluations, and parking structure investigation and repair. Leon has over 16 years of expertise evaluating and repairing structural systems such as traditional reinforced concrete, steel frames, and masonry. His façade evaluation and repair design experience includes dealing with various stone cladding materials, curtain walls, brick, and concrete.

Lynne Vu started as a Design Engineer III at Walker Consultants’ New York office in 2015. Lynne earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from Drexel University in 2011. She has more than 8 years of expertise in forensic restoration, non-destructive testing, and structural condition evaluations of concrete, steel, and masonry structures. Plaza restoration and waterproofing, parking structures, historic buildings, and steel frame constructions are among her specialties.
