Dr. Stoffey received his medical degree at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (WESTERN U COMP) in Pomona, California. Dr. Stoffey served in the United States Army for fourteen years, where he was educated as a diagnostic radiologist. His military duty took him to West Germany and the Republic of Korea. Dr. Stoffey completed a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston after his honorable discharge, with a focus on vascular interventional procedures and neurovascular disease. Dr. Stoffey works for the Center of Vein Restoration, which has offices in Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana. The American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) and the American Board of Radiology have both certified Dr. Stoffey in diagnostic radiology. He also has an AOBR certificate of further certification in neuroradiology. Patient safety and quality control, as well as research and scientific publications, are among Dr. Stoffey’s medical interests. He is on the editorial boards of the American Journal of Neuroradiology and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
