Robert will offer his wisdom, love, and vitality energy centers.

You’ll also get a practice to strengthen your center meridian and global Qi, so the cosmos may bless your whole existence…
This module will take you through the following steps:
Aung-Ahh-Hong is a technique that will help you to resonate and activate your awareness of your entire body and mind.
A dynamic breathing technique to boost your core meridian and cleanse your channels, making this center completely available to your consciousness.
The sixth 8 Cycles Movement, Rising Mist and Flowing Water, works on your Sanjiao, the fascia that connects every part of yourself so that we may all operate in unison.
The eighth 8 Cycles Movement, Touching Heaven and Earth, is designed to balance the yin-yang of your own body as well as the yin-yang with heaven and earth.
Module 6: Xi Breathing Empowerment & Qigong Movements for Your Life
Water is pure and clear when it runs freely, like in a mountain stream. This water is safe to drink. It’s high in nutrients and tastes great. However, if the flow was stopped, the water would grow murky and invite sickness.
When Qi runs smoothly through our bodies, our internal organs receive this radiant energy and feel nourished and fulfilled. We feel terrific when our internal organs are satisfied.
