Okay, so this program was only released in July 2015, but it has aroused a lot of interest in the fitness world since the person pushing it is Ryan Hughes, an IFBB professional physique competitor.
Some reviews have already come out praising the entire system, so I decided to take an unbiased look at it and see whether it really holds any worth.
I’ve been doing a lot of these evaluations recently, so let’s see how this one holds up under my magnifying lens.
Ryan Hughes is the author of The Muscle Matrix Solution.
Ryan Hughes, the man behind the program, has earned a lot of attention in the fitness business. He is an international fitness cover model and has worked as a top personal trainer for several celebrities in New York.
Ryan has also been featured in other fitness industry and general media journals, including:
And now he’s making his “secret” training methods available for anybody to use. That is just what the revolutionary new Muscle Matrix Solution has done.
Ryan has a previous training program called 360 fitness that was moderately effective before this one.
So, before purchasing this program, I watched the entire sales pitch video of Ryan’s program, and I almost decided not to buy it since the marketing was so full of gimmicks and ridiculous promises of benefits.
There were so many irrelevant claims about what you would achieve by utilizing this application that it was ridiculous as heck.
This was by far the worst sales spiel I’ve ever heard, and I’m not exaggerating. This presentation was the worst of my 15 exercise reviews!
Ryan claims to have discovered a well-kept “secret” to growing muscle and shedding fat at the same time. He promises that this method would provide you with so much more testosterone that you will get steroid-like increases.
I mean, there was so much BS in the movie that I still can’t believe it, but here are a handful of excerpts from the presentation:
Ryan offers a peculiar “hidden growth hack” that will provide average guys with a tremendous and completely natural shortcut to become extremely jacked and shredded. I’ll go into more detail about this later, so just wait a moment.
The growth hack only affects your arms, chest, shoulders, and back. Why ignore all other bodily components and concentrate just on these? Always workout your entire body, not just the “show muscles.”
And the secret he’s referring to will miraculously melt away your lower abdomen fat. In truth, you cannot restrict your fat reduction to a specific area of your body. Your genetics control where the fat will burn when your total body fat decreases.
In just a few weeks or less, you will see a significant increase in muscle mass. A classic promise that will not be fulfilled. Muscle building takes months and years, not a few weeks or fewer.
So I’m going to quit right here. He boasts about this secret throughout the film, making those ridiculous gains time and over.
I had the distinct impression that I was being duped and duped hard by viewing this presentation, which is never a good thing.
I understand that for a beginner who is unsure where to begin, everything presented in the video makes sense, but in reality, it is a bag full of empty promises!
