Kim progresses from the fundamentals (front kick, roundhouse kick) through combination kicking, leaping kicks, spinning kicks, and several kicks with the same leg, which my instructor never taught me. What I like about this DVD is that I can use it to teach and coach some of the intermediate students, while my black belt son learned a slew of new leaping kicks that he couldn’t wait to show off to his black belt buddies. A wonderful feature of the menu is that you may select the kick you want to learn or practice and go straight to it rather of having to fast forward or rewind to find it.
