During this roundtable, attendees will learn about imposter syndrome, which many practitioners will experience at some point in their career. Together, we will explore how a past cohort of residents resonated with the characteristics of imposter syndrome as well as brainstorm strategies to diminish imposter syndrome in our daily lives.

Sara is a second-year Pharmaceutical Care Leadership Resident practicing at MOBE, a health and wellness company focused on guided medication and self-management through telemedicine. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy. Throughout school she served as the President of the UMKC APhA-ASP Chapter and held national leadership positions in APhA-ASP and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, where she focused on both student development and education. During her residency, she has enjoyed working with diverse patient populations and is excited to focus on the development of pharmacy services and teams at MOBE.

Kyle is a second-year Pharmaceutical Care Leadership Resident practicing at North Memorial Camden Clinic, a family medicine clinic in North Minneapolis. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Her previous residency experiences and current residency site have enabled her to expand her knowledge in caring for underserved populations, and is excited to advocate for the role of a primary care pharmacist as she develops pharmacy services at her new clinic site.
