Walls, MA, LIPC, CCMHC Consult the following seminar descriptions and product listings: 2After 15 years working as a behavior specialist and psychotherapist for the Lincoln Public Schools, Scott D. Walls, MA, LIPC, CCMHC is now in private practice as a mental health counselor in Lincoln, Nebraska. Scott has helped countless kids, teens, and families in the Lincoln area through therapy and consultation. Scott has also conducted many trainings for school personnel and agency administrators and case managers. In addition to coauthoring Behavior Management Skills Guide with Deb Rauner, he has written Oppositional, Defiant, and Disruptive Children and Adolescents (PESI, 2016). (PESI, 2015).
Scott co-founded a domestic violence group for women who had committed crimes and worked as a therapist and case manager supervisor for a Lincoln program that provided counseling for refugees and immigrants who had experienced torture or other traumatic events. Scott is the creator and CEO of Lincoln Karate Clinic, Inc., in addition to his roles as a therapist and consultant. Students ages 4-7 can take part in general karate classes, while those ages 8 and up can take advantage of the school’s age-specific offerings. The anti-bullying program “The 4 C’s of Bullying” was created by Scott and is a big part of the karate school’s unique curriculum.
Scott is passionate about providing students and participants with useful and accessible educational information in a casual setting.
