Some people make their own storms and then become outraged when the hurricane damages their home. Your workout decisions are wreaking havoc on your body, so you seek calm in the midst of the storm. You attempt to sleep, but you can’t.

When you exercise, work, or play, you get more out of it with fewer negative results (such as stiffness, pain, aches, and limits).
Surgeons, operators, pilots, tactical first responders, hostage negotiators, and other high-stress jobs have embraced progressive yoga. It has spread because yoga was never intended to be the ultimate objective. Progress was made.
