These workouts should be used to augment your SEALFIT Online Training, Crossfit, or Endurance training.

First session
The Ultimate Core Exercise
Coach Divine walks you through this lasting complex, which combines upper, mid, and lower body action to attack your abdominals in three important ways.
Session No. 2
Man Crushing
This AMRAP set combines three powerful core exercises to test your relative and controlling strength, including both barbell and bodyweight movements. Using this at the conclusion of every session can soon push you over the edge in your training.
Third session
The ideal ab finisher
Testing your core in unusual patterns assists you to maximize your stability strength. Coach Danielle leads you through two leg-style ab motions that will work your core like you’ve never worked it before. The 40 seconds on/20 seconds off concept is used in this exercise to get the most bang for your money in under 7 minutes.
#4 Session
Ab Crusher Tabata
Designed for athletes of all levels of expertise. With the alterations, you may do this exercise as a warm-up or a finisher, and make changes to feel the burn. This core exercise is all about utilizing what you’re already doing and pushing it just a bit beyond your comfort zone in order to see results.
#5 Session
The Plank of Courage Wolf
Your ability to feed the brave wolf will be put to the ultimate test. This challenge workout is all about willpower and seeing how far you can push yourself in the face of adversity. You’ll discover what you’re made of in an entirely new way.

Heck in 7 Minutes
Even our SEALFit trainers are pushed to their limits by this workout. You may have all the strength in the world, but this workout will show you how powerful you truly are; nevertheless, we will not tell you how difficult this workout is. We’ll let you decide for yourself.
7th Session
Circuit of Posterior Power
Your ability to manage your posterior chain accounts for 75-80% of your entire power. As the most significant muscle group in your body, you’re receiving a circuit that will increase your endurance in three fundamental motions. The strength you gain here will carry over to the rest of your training.
