This session will cover how to interview your client and obtain a strong job description of PRW, the importance of SGA and length as it relates to PRW, how to use tools such as a WHAT or DEQY, how to create a hypo, and when to cross examine the VE or write a closing brief.

Shelley Davidson is a partner with the Macon, Georgia-based law firm Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, LLP. She graduated from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1982. She is also admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, and she chairs the Georgia ICLE program for Social Security. Shelley has served on NOSSCR’s Board of Directors as the Eleventh Circuit Representative multiple times and is a member of the Council of Past Presidents.
